Pros:

Lovely room with a fab view. All on one level that was great for my elderly mum. Great location for where we wanted to go.

Cons:

No cooked/fresh breakfast option however the breakfast basket was a good alternative

If I could book it again I'd keep scrolling

Cons:

Requested one of the rooms an hour early to get ready, no chance. Told us we could check in later after our party as they would be open all night, closed at 9.30 and we could only have 1 drink. Barman was beyond rude when we put money in the pool table and practically kicked us out. Once we'd got the keys and took bags to the room it stank of damp and there was no one available for us to change room. No answer on phone number provided. Worst night sleep ever swallowing the smell of damp! HSE should pay a visit.

Flying visit

Pros:

Good size room and the view from our window to the field with hedgerows was delightful as we could have the window open.

Cons:

The shower was good but the water just went all over the floor. The exhaust fans are not effective.

Ours was only only one night and we were glad of somewhere to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast looked awful so we didn’t touch it.

Cons:

No breakfast would have been better.
Dinner the night before in the restaurant was very good.

Pros:

We had a breakdown on our way there, but the staff were super accommodating and helpful, arranging for our key to be left out for us, arriving at 1am. I wasn't expecting a breakfast basket in the room, and the staff we met in the morning were lovely.

it was nice and I would come back again, the food was amazing 10/10 and the bar staff were friendly
Pros:

I like that everything was super close to the school which is where the event I went to took place and it was 10 minutes from the town center and it was super nice, quiet and relaxing to walk around.

Cons:

I put up a sign saying clean my room, when they were cleaning the rooms, I probs was late doing it but still it didn't give the cleaning staff the right to ignore my room while I was currently out for 3 hours, yes it was only 3 hours but I expected them to at least top me up with breakfast items. This only took place on the Monday (bank hoilday)
