The staff were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. In the restaurant a lit of the staff were young people, some may even still be at school, and their friendliness and efficiency cannot be faulted. Reception staff very friendly too.
I booked a Club room and was a bit disappointed. It was quite small & very basic. There weren't even any pictures on the walls. The bathroom was a bit tired. We were moving house so weren't in the room much, but had we been staying for leisure, I would perhaps have asked for a different room. We passed an open room which looked much nicer, with glass internal doors, and bigger.
Beautiful building a bit of a maze inside though and in need of an update.

Very central and lots of parking. Staff friendly and professional.
One of the hottest days of the year and unfortunately no air con in the rooms. Was hoping to find a fan in the cupboard but never so actually had to go out to nearest supermarket and buy standalone fan as room was stifling hot.

Breakfast was adequate, buffet style, plenty of it but was tepid to eat.
The shower in our room didn't have good pressure so was pretty much useless, decor in the room dated and could do with being updated

I asked for a quiet room on the back and that was fine. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast buffet, although extremely busy, was well stocked.

Great swim and lovely staff
Close to the bus to travel to Glasgow and Paisley. The comfortable room and staff were friendly and welcoming.
We were not able to check in until after 3:30 pm. There was no elevator to our wing of the hotel that we were aware of we had to carry 4 large suitcases up the stairs at 71 & 66 years old it could have been a big problem. Lucky we are fit.

No water pressure at all, shower was a dip and when I spoke to the staff it seemed like an inconvenience more than anything
