Pros:

Staff very friendly, good bar area, sears were hard to get though. Food was lovely. Entertainment was great

Cons:

Lack of seats in bar area. But we were guided to a restaurant area to sit. Which was lovely too

Hellhörig. Dem Zimmernachbar bei Telefonieren zuhören zu „müssen” ist nicht jedermanns Sache 😉 ich sehe es jedoch positiv; zum Glück war es nur eine Person und kein frisch verliebtes Pärchen😂

Glynhill. Great location and staff but facilities and food disappointing

Cons:

Rooms were tired and in need of refurbishment. No lift and expected a coffee machine.
Limited healthy breakfast options. Cereal, yoghurt and fruit were limited. Only tinned fruit offered despite time of year and fresh fruit available. Breakfast a bit at odds with advertising as a spa hotel.

Pros:

A member of staff helped me when I got lost on the way to my room and after asking if I was there with colleagues or solo travelling she reassured me that if I needed anything someone would be able to help, she recognised as a young woman travelling alone can be scary and though I was fine and am used to it, I really appreciated knowing someone was aware and looking out for young female solo travellers.

Cons:

Only the tiniest thing, the pillows were a bit stiff but I have sensitive muscles from health problems so that was probably more of an issue for me than it would be for others.

Nice room, comfortable, friendly staff, but some strange elements and a lack of attention to detail
Pros:

Big room with sitting area. Fan was provided to help keep cool.

Cons:

Weird layout of property. We were in a room that was almost in another area code. The glass bathroom door…really who thought this was a good idea!?! The hand soap dispenser was completely empty which should have been taken care of by housekeeping prior to our arrival.
