Great Hotel!
Pros:

Nice and easy check in and check out
Swimming pool was lovely and the gentleman at the desk was very professional, polite and explained where everything was.
The AC is amazing and the room is so clean
The bed is really comfortable and a great size.
24 hour gym!
We were able to book a taxi from the front desk which literally came straight away!
Parking was easy and it's near the Costco.

Cons:

Decent location, Bathroom is dated and needs work with broken tiles and brown sludge.
Pros:

The staff were friendly at the front desk. The location was very good.

Cons:

The bathroom had a brown goo coming up through the tiles when you stood on them. They were Brocken and missing grout. It was very off putting as you didn’t feel clean when you got out and had to walk in the floor. We even put a towel down and it soaked through. It even had a foul smell to it. I contacted Voco via Facebook and the response was pretty pitiful and I’ve emailed Voco who I believe was the manager and had no response. I do feel I should be compensated for this but I’m just getting a sorry from the online Facebook side which isn’t good enough

Lovely Big Clean Modern Hotel
Pros:

The room was big and clean as was the whole of the hotel. Whatever scent they use in their communal areas was lovely

Cons:

The curtains didn't close fully so we were woken up by the dawn. My partner smokes occasionally and the smoking area was just a council style metal cigarette stand just outside the front of the building, no where to sit or put our drinks - really poor

Brilliant - Stacked hotel!
Pros:

Amazing Hotel - Good sized rooms, clean, friendly staff and great facilities.

Good breakfast and amazing Spa and Wellness Centre.

Cons:

Pros:

Very good in everything. Customer Care, Hygiene, size of the rooms. Comfortable beds and delicious buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Over crowd around the swimming area. Having private swimming lessons with non-resident using same swimming pool with hotel residents.

Perfect.
Pros:

The room was lovely. There was no tv remote bit within minutes of telling them a man came and sorted out a new one. Pool was lovely and all staff were friendly and helpful.
