Pros:

Waiting, restaurant and breakfast staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much for them to probide a memorable service. Leisure facilities were great. Location of hotel was excellent. Leisure facilities staff. Food portions were fabulous.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind apart from language barrier with housekeeping staff.

Extremely expensive food and drink. More than I pay in London. No justification for such high prices. £22 for breakfast !!

Cons:

Long check in and check out as large group bookings. I had to leave before getting my invoice, tried to contact the hotel by mail and phone and still not got an invoice several weeks later.

A relaxing stay
Pros:

The swimming pool was a good size and use of the sauna and steam room was a bonus. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and well kept

Cons:

The swimming pool should be cooler than what it is.
