An absolutely magnificent place! The hotel’s location is wonderful, offering a stunning view of the valley. The highlight of the hotel is the staff—they are incredibly attentive and caring, ready to help with any issue or situation. A special shout-out to the restaurant team. The hotel features lovely, spacious rooms. The real standout, however, is the dinner service—it is on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant. All in all, our stay was like a fairytale. We will definitely be back.

Einfach unvergesslich schön

Eines der schönsten Hotels in denen wir je waren! Hier ist wirklich alles herausragend: Zimmer, Service, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Essen, Umgebung sowie auch der Wellnessbereich und das Fitnessstudio! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta. I servizi sono eccellenti e lo staff è gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Siamo stati benissimo in questo hotel, torneremo sicuramente.

Albergo bellissimo e vicino agli impianti di risalita.
Meravigliosa zona wellness per quanto un po’ piccolina.
Staff cordiale e disponibile, pulizia impeccabile.
Unica nota dolente purtroppo la cucina, a cena i piatti erano troppo “elaborati” con abbinamenti di sapori azzardati che alla fine risultavano non apprezzabili.
Consiglierei una cucina più semplice e più tipica.

Bellissima struttura, ma con margini di miglioramento
Pros:

- struttura moderna molto bella
- buona pulizia della camere
- colazione e cena pienamente soddisfacenti
- parcheggio coperto

Cons:

- Molte mosche in sala ristorante e sul buffet : mancando la climatizzazione mantengono le finestre aperte e non hanno zanzariere
- mancanza di tende esterne ombreggianti
- SPA non ben progettata: la Jacuzzi (zona non nuda) è nello stesso ambiente della zona sauna e bagno turco che è dichiarata nuda. Occorre separare gli ambienti
- A cena 0.75 litri di acqua filtrata costano € 4.50. Decisamente troppo per acqua prodotta in loco a meno di un decimo del costo. L'acqua andrebbe data gratis, come di norma in tante altre strutture di pari livello.
