Paradies für Familien mit Feinschmecker-Gaumen
Pros:

Schenna liegt sehr schön oberhalb von Meran. Ausstattung vom Hotel war super. Alles auf Kinder und Familien ausgelegt

Cons:

Die Sauna hat leider bereits 19 Uhr geschlossen. Es wäre schön, wenn man am Abend einen Saunagang genießen könnte. Aus anderen Hotels kennen wir Öffnungszeiten bis ca. 22/23 Uhr

A memorable stay with excellent service and heartfelt hospitality.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, kind, and always ready to help. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake, which made our stay extra special and created a memory we will never forget. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the food was really delicious. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again.

La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e accogliente, con ambienti moderni ma allo stesso tempo caldi e rilassanti. La posizione è davvero spettacolare: immersa nel verde e con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne, perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e bellezza.

Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e dotate di ogni comfort. Il letto comodissimo garantisce un riposo perfetto dopo una giornata di escursioni o relax. La zona piscina è un vero gioiello: elegante, pulita e ideale per rigenerarsi.

Colazione pranzo e cena ottima e abbondante, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo hotel è il personale: sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, ti fanno sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

Consigliatissimo per famiglie o chiunque voglia concedersi una vacanza rilassante in un posto incantevole. Ci tornerò sicuramente! 💯

Pros:

Struttura molto bella esteticamente e fornita di tutti i servizi di cui una famiglia può aver bisogno.
La nostra stanza (junior suite) era molto spaziosa e con una vista spettacolare sulle montagne.
Anche il ristorante dell'hotel è molto buono e variato, ottimi prezzi delle cene se non si sceglie l'opzione della pensione completa. Colazione dolce e salata con tanta scelta!
Anche il parco giochi sistemato sulla collina è veramente carino ma c'è anche una sala giochi interna.
Staff gentilissimo e disponibile! C'è il servizio navetta che porta alla funivia per Meran 2000.
In generale Scena è un paesino ben organizzato, con anche vari percorsi di escursione su strada o nei boschi.

Cons:

Avrei preferito che l'acqua della piscina fosse un po piu calda e i cuscini un po piu comodi, ma questo è un gusto prettamente personale.

Sappiate che febbraio e marzo per Merano e dintorni è bassa stagione, per cui tante strutture (hotel, ristoranti, negozi, funivie, musei, il parco giochi per bambini sulle piste si Meran 2000, ecc) sono chiusi! Ma su Google risulta tutto aperto, non è aggiornato. Quindi per chi non scia consiglio di andare fino a gennaio o da aprile in poi per avere piu scelta di cose da fare oltre alle camminate.

Eccellente tutto la pulizia delle camere,il personale cortese,le piscine adatte anche ai più piccoli e la posizione.

L'unica cosa consiglio di cambiare i mezzi piumoni nelle stanze veramente scomodi

Consigliato!
Pros:

Lo staff gentile e disponibile, attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza.
C'è la possibilità di prendere in prestito passeggini e zaini adatti al trekking senza nessun sovrapprezzo.
Cibo ottimo, sia a colazione che a cena.
La piscina e la stanza giochi sono un ottimo intrattenimento per i bambini.
Pulizia sia negli spazi comuni che in camera.
Siamo stati benissimo, lo consigliamo!

Pros:

The pool and garden with rabbits was great for the kids! Sauna was great! Breakfast was good

Cons:

Very hard extra bed for one of the kids. We didn't get clear information that dinner was not included in the stay. Because of that the final bill became a surprise 🫢.

Pros:

I chose this property because there was a miniclub for children all day long, swimming pools and spa and because I found a decent offer

Cons:

if you don’t have a car and want to explore more the area it’s a bit inconvenient as (depending on the period of time you go) there could be a very limited bus service and/or it takes hours to cover distance that would otherwise be a stone's throw away by car.
The mattress and the pillow were not great. Also in the room there is no complementary tea/coffee or a cattle for hot water which I found in hotels of a much lower level than this.
