Pros:

sehr herzliche Chefin, zuvorkommendes Personal, insgesamt angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel

Cons:

die Temperatur des Außen-Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein (Innen-Pool angenehm)

Frühstück umfangreich/Lage sehr gut/Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Verbesserungstipp: Bar am/um den Poolbereich. Verhalten bei Teilen des Personals: Warum grüßt man die Gäste nicht, selbst wenn man freie Zeit hat? Wlan hätte teils besser sein können.

Pros:

Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck in einer schönen Lage in Schenna. Das Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe mit schönenem Balkon und Blick auf Schloß Schenna. Das Bad scheint neu zu sein mit großer begehbarer Dusche , Wc und Bidet. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut. Schmackhaft und umfangreich. Das Personal ist motiviert und sehr freundlich. Die Tiefgarage ist ausreichend groß. Es gibt einen Innen- und Außenpool, sowie ein gutes Spa Angebot.

Cons:

Das Bett dürfte größer und bequemer sein. Mehr gibt es nicht zu beanstanden.

Sehr schönes familiär geführtes Hotel. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage spektakulär. Wellnessbereich sehr schön und großzügig angelegt.

Traumurlaub in einem der besten Hotels von Südtirol
Pros:

Super netter Empfang durch die Hotel-Chefin persönlich !
Ich bekam ein Zimmer-Upgrade mit tollem Ausblick.
Der Spa-und Wellnessbereich ist absolut Spitze und es wird auf Sauberkeit größten Wert gelegt.
Das Frühstück war unübertroffen spektakulär, ebenso das Menü am Abend.
Großes Kompliment an alle !
Das Blumenhotel trägt seinen Namen zu recht.
