Geweldig verblijf gehad. Wij komen zeker terug.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitstekend, het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en erg gastvriendelijk. Ligging nabij de metro die naar de gondels gaat. Ruime en schone kamer.

Cons:

Niets. Het was heel warm in het restaurant, het lijkt of de energiekosten geen rol spelen.

Pros:

Nagyon tetszett a reggeliző hely, kényelmes székekkel, tiszta, jó elrendezésű. Finom volt a reggeli, bőséges választási lehetőség, a péksütemények is nagyon finomak voltak. A szobában kényelmes ágy várt, a fürdő kialakítása nagyon ötletes, tetszett. A szobához erkély is tartozott, ahova reggel és este kifejezetten jól esett kimenni és a tájban gyönyörködni

Es war ein sehr schöner und Erhol reicher Aufenthalt gewesen.
Pros:

Es war ein sehr reichhaltiges Morgenbuffet. Das Schwimmbecken war genial mit sehr guter Aussicht. aber auch der Wellnessbereich sprach uns sofort an.
Zudem war das Hotel sehr gut im Dorf platziert.

Cons:

Das Wetter macht nicht immer schön mit.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub im Zentrum von Serfaus.
Pros:

Uns ist vor allem die Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Gastgeberfamilie aufgefallen. Bei der Begrüssung wurde uns das ganze Hotel gezeigt und wir durften eine super gute Jause geniessen, welche kostenlos war! Auch für unsere 6 Monate alte Tochter mit der wir das erste Mal Urlaub geniessen durften gab es in unserem Zimmer eine Badewanne, Babystuhl und Wasserkocher. Beim Nachtessen gab es die Möglichkeit ein Abendessen in der Küche warm zu halten, damit die Betreuung unserer Tochter gewärleistet werden konnte. Danke von Herzen dafür! Auch unsere gebuchte Suite war wunderschön und sehr geräumig! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
