很棒，整潔舒適的空間
Pros:

房東人很好很親切，有住宿用品需求都會幫忙解決
住宿地點路口就有7-11和超市，走路到地鐵站（學園前）只要約5-7分鐘，搭到市區只要2-3站

Cons:

廁所只有一間人多可能會搶廁所🤣

Brilliant home to explore Sapporo with a large group
Pros:

Perfect house for our group of 7. All areas were impeccably clean and the large kitchen and washing machine were a huge bonus. House was very comfortable with lots of heating and comfy beds too!

Cons:

There could be more storage options such as hooks on the wall and more hangers etc. would recommend hiring a car as we walked out to catch taxis everyday which was costly

Pros:

Common area on the first floor is in decent size. Good for group!

Cons:

The landlord tried to maximize the occupancy by filling up the room with beds. We have to climb onto the beds. It’s not elder people friendly. There is no space to walk in one of the rooms.

Sound proof is bad. We heard loud noise from neighbors’ stairway all the time. Especially when kids were running around.
