Exceeded our expectations. A lovely and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed how comfortable our room was. Will definitely stay at a Silver Cloud hotel again.

Cons:

There were a few loud sirens but that is par for the course for a downtown hotel. They provided free earplugs. Once it was late, it was pretty quiet.
