Outstanding employees!
Pros:

My husband and I stay here often when we are in Seattle and we have never been disappointed. Twice so far this year, we worked with 2 employees at the front desk whom we want to compliment -- a man named Gui and a woman named Heida. They were both professional and also very kind and helpful! And they remembered us from our previous stay and gave us a warm welcome! We look forward to seeing them again next time!

Nice hotel with ammenities
Pros:

Great location that is walkable to Seattle University, coffee shops, and restaurants. The rooms are quiet and have microwaves and refrigerators - also, there is an onsite restaurant and laundry facility. The gym is rather small with few pieces of equipment (2 treadmills, 2 elipicals, and a few weights).

The room was comfortable,clean,
bathroom was beautiful. Really
enjoyed my stay. Jimmy's had
very good food.

Cons:

Had a little trouble working
the shades. The only thing
was when I took a shower.
Washed up and found out it
was lotion not shower gel.
It was kind of funny..

Excellent hotel with brag restaurant, close to U of Seattle
Pros:

This hotel is wonderful, the rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The location was super convenient to the university of Seattle where I was visiting. I loved the restaurant that is part of the hotel, which had great breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend it if you’re visiting university of Seattle.!

Pros:

We have been going to Silver cloud for years due to a medical issue and have always been okay with service and room. However this May a whole different scenario. We paid for the park and stay rate. The room was MUCH smaller, no room for toiletries, chairs were uncomfortable, bed was weird (too soft?) and pillows were terribly uncomfortable with bad neck pain so decided to sleep without pillows. Room too warm and could not cool down, coffee maker worked once so only one of us had coffee. To top off the visit, we found our Jeep was vandalized while in the paid parking garage. We called hotel to inform of vandalize and felt no one seemed to care. We are looking at another hotel for our twice yearly visit to Seattle.
