Best staff but tired hotel
Pros:

Clean and well kept

Dinner was good on the days I had it there

Very Kind helpful staff, could not fault them at all!

Cons:

I didn’t have hot water in my room for two days but the staff did sort it quickly when I raised it with them. I assumed the first day may have been because it was later in the day but second day was same.

Internet connection was not great in the room either.

Place needs a renovation very tired looking. Pool wasn’t open either.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Martini Zagreb, it is a lovely family-owned hotel. It was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with my luggage and even offered me some tea upon my arrival. And it is like 10 min drive from the airport. Overall that was such a good experience, thank you for everything!

Най- доброто персонално отношение към клиента.Посещавал съм много хотели,но такова внимание е рядко срещано.Благодаря на персонала за старанието .Рядко споменавам имена,но това момче Силвестър направо ни впечатли.Браво!!!

Pozdrowienia z Polski!!!
Pros:

Idealne miejsce podczas naszego powrotu jako nocleg tranzytowy. Bardzo blisko zjazdu z autostrady. Bardzo ładne pokoje.
Przemiły personel. Grillowane kalmary na kolację - poezja!!!

Hotel se nalazi na idealnom mjestu na samom ulazu odnosno izlazu sa autoputa. Osoblje veoma ljubazno i usluga vrhunska. Čistoća apartmana također vrhunska. Doručak koji je uključen u cijenu odličan a uz njega što nismo ni očekivali besplatan čaj ,kava,kakao,sok, voće. Sve preporuke.

A very comfortable place
Pros:

It was a very good place overall, as it was close to highway, so we stopped here on our way back from the holiday, very friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms with AC and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. Also the complimentary fruit, water and juice, very much appreciated as we came from a long road.Kids liked the playground. 👍
