Room facilities could have been better

There is a problem with water there as the water is salty and as a result coffee, tea, soups all had sea water taste. The juices were made from concentrate. There is no garden to walk in. Just a steep stairway. The property needs to be renovated. This is not a 5 star hotel.

Maintenance of rooms has been neglected. Looks like a DIYer maintains it. Both exterior SunBlinds didn't work. Not nearly enough plug sockets. Couldn't use the kettle without turning the TV off, or had to boil water in bedrooms. Bathroom needs replacing. We went 'Half Board' because were not big drinkers, but restaurant guy wanted to charge us 5euro (20euro in total) each day during dinner for what amounted to 6-8 small glasses of cordial juice, so instead we brought our own cans of drink with us. Not much to do nearby - one single Taverna. Everything was a 15 min Bus Ride away. The best communal balcony view (near reception) was adults only, so we couldn't use, so was always underused/empty. All entertainment was in French!

There are smokers everywhere, including next to your room and around the pools.
The food was only decent at best.
Some of the staff members were quite rude, for no reason.
The towel allotment is weird and scarce.
In general it was not a 5 star experience.. it just wasn't.

Dirty. No onternet in room, no conditioner

The room was quite small and the decor and furniture was a bit tired. The shower cubicle looked a bit old. However we spent most of our time outside by the pool or on the beach so it didn't take away from our enjoyment of the beautiful holidays.

Title: A Complete Nightmare – DO NOT BOOK! (Save Your Money!)

We are a group of two families (9 people total) who saved up all year for our annual vacation. We paid thousands of euros for two premium all-inclusive suites with private pools, expecting a luxurious and relaxing experience. What we got was an absolute nightmare. We read some bad reviews before coming and decided to take a chance—that was the biggest mistake of our trip.

The Heat & "All-Inclusive" Extortion:

It is August in Greece, and there is ZERO air conditioning in the lobby or the dining room. It is unbearable. To make matters worse, they provided exactly 6 regular bottles of water in the room on the very first day for a family of 5, for the ENTIRE WEEK! You are not allowed to refill bottles at the water coolers, forcing us to buy water at the supermarket for €3.50 a bottle in the middle of the summer heat. This is absolute extortion.

Horrific Room Conditions & Safety Hazards:

The rooms need urgent renovation. We paid for the most expensive suites and got broken, dangerous facilities. In one room, the AC didn't work until the next day. In the other, the AC louvers were broken, and their "fix" was simply to rip them off! We have a massive water leak in the middle of our room. We have been chasing maintenance for FOUR DAYS, and it is STILL not fixed! Their only solution was to offer us a downgrade to a room that only fits 4 people (we are a family of 5!). Two people actually slipped and fell because of this leak, and nobody cared. To make sleeping impossible, the legs of the bed are broken, causing the entire bed to wobble and shake.

When you shower, sewage backs up from the drain. The bathroom door gets stuck. The water pressure is a joke, and yesterday we had no hot water at all. The electrical sockets are barely functioning, the kettle was full of limescale, and we were given disgusting blankets with no covers.

Property is tired and desperately needs an upgrade, drains smelled.

The food variety was low. All the drinks had a very strange taste, like I was licking liquid soap expect what came from an original soft drink box. (Juices and ice tea) everything else had the same strange taste.
Every program is French.
No tour offers.

L’hôtel est très isolé.
Le mobilier est vétuste, les miroirs sont piqués (usés). Il y a 90% de clients en All inclusive qui mangent et boivent à longueur de journée. La nourriture au restaurant est la même chaque jour mise à part les spécialités locales qui sont souvent juste tièdes.
Évitez absolument le restaurant en bas de l’hôtel (Dionysos). Le buffet se trouve dans une salle non climatisée où il fait plus de 30 degrés et les plats sont froids.
L’eau de la piscine principale était trouble.
Je ne comprends pas d’où viennent les 5 étoiles.

WiFi little dodgy and light cleaning Sunday

המקום לא היה נקי. קיבלנו חדרים גרועים. זכוכית שבורה. מזגן שבור. חדר לא נקי. הידית במקלחת יצאה מהמקום. בזמן שמתקלחים המים יוצאים מהביוב של הרצפה ומצטבר קצף. כדי לעלות לבריכה המרכזית איפה שגם המגלשות ושהילדים יכולים להיות צריך לעלות המון המון מדרגות לגובה. זה לא נוח ומאוד מעייף במיוחד עם ילדים. כל יום שמו לי מגבת אחת פחות ממה שהיינו בחדר כשהייתי מבקשת היו מביאים לי אבל למה צריך לבקש ולהתעכב עם מקלחות שימו לפי כמות האורחים. המלון לא נקי. האוכל לא טעים בכלל אפילו הקפה וביצה קשה לא טעים. אין קיוסק או בר בבריכה לקנות ממנו דברים לנשנש בכיף בבריכה. ממש ממש בקטנה כמה דברים בודדים אני מבחר ואין שפע. השיא היה שאיך שקיבלתי את החדר ופתחתי את הארון של הכספת מצאתי גרביים מסריחות בתוך הארון שהשאירו שם ולא ניקו. כל דבר הם מבקשים פיקדון בכסף אפילו מגבות לבריכה כל מגבת צריך להשאיר פיקדון 10 אירו

Le restaurant, buffet ultra répétitif et de qualité médiocre, devoir demander à un serveur pour un verre d’eau... Il ne s’agit pas d’un vrai 5 étoiles, mais d’une usine à touristes en mode tour opérateur, le service n’est pas vraiment en adéquation avec ce que l’on attend habituellement d’un complexe hotelier de luxe. Certains équipements vieillissants ou cassés (jeux enfants potentiellement dangereux, voir photo).

The first room we were put in requires renovation and updating. Overall very dated and there is no cupboard space to store clothes. Cleaners were using very strong bleach to clean toilet and bathroom and we soon realized this was to hide the smell coming from toilet and drainage. Bunk bed was not safe for kids. No hot water and lack of positive response and action ftom maintenance manager, was told that the water was 40 degrees (which it wasnt) and we should not expect more. Lack of management ownership and accountability of problems highlighted. In most cases, the problem was turned back to us as if we were simply ungrateful. Reserved 5 star maisonette with private pool, however i would suggest this hotel was 5 star 15 years ago, without th
