De infrastructuur is verouderd en via Booking is er geen mogelijkheid om de all-inclusiveformule te kiezen, terwijl 90% van de gasten ter plaatse daar wél gebruik van maakt.
Buffet is ok voor enkele dagen te verblijven

Bylo to fajn, ale už se nevrátíme.

Moc milý personál, hezké prostředí plné květin. Pro děti dostatek prostoru na hraní. Velmi příjemná animátorka Eleni

Cons:

Popis na booking.com neodpovídá realitě. Není tu fitness centrum ani welness centrum. Klimatizace na pokoji byla rozbitá a tekla každý den/každý den byl u nás opravář. Stejně tak WiFi. Vybaveni zastaralé, postele celkem pohodlné. Z toboganu máme modřiny, spáry na skluzavkách jsou nekvalitně vyřešené. Bar na pláži byl otevřen jen dopoledne. Snídaně průměrné, večeře v mnohem lepší kvalitě. O dobrém kafi si můžete nechat jen zdát. Nebo si pro nej zajet 3 km do The Coffe Stop. V minimarketu v areálu pouze zbytečně sladkosti a suvenýry. Pláž u hotelu /cca 3 min pěšky ucházející, autem 20 minut překrásná Petres Beach, moře příjemné, čisté.

Cons:

Room cleaning at the hotel was essentially non-existent. During our seven-day stay, we had to request additional cleaning three times after finding that the room had not been properly cleaned, even after it had supposedly been serviced. On three separate days, the fresh towels delivered to us were not clean and had visible stains. Hotel management said we should report these issues so they could fix them, and they did address them after we complained. However, in a five-star hotel, guests should not receive dirty towels presented as fresh ones, nor should they be left with an unclean toilet and bathroom and have to request cleaning again.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was kind and friendly, especially Nicolas in the restaurant, Anastasia at the bar, and Rahul, who seemed to be everywhere! 😊 The reception team were very helpful with airport transfers and excursions. It's such a lovely place for a family holiday. We have visited many places and enjoy trying different experiences, but Rethymo Mare is a place we would love to return to. staff were amazing! Pros:

Die Lage und der dazugehörige Strand sind wirklich gut. Schnell fußläufig oder per Golfkart erreichbar. Sandstrand mit Steinen beim Wassereinstieg. Tolle freundliche Strandbar. Getränke dort sind aus Flaschen und schmecken. Dachterrasse mit schönem Sonnenuntergang 🌅

Cons:

Das war leider fast alles. Hatten nach einer Stornierung kurzfristig dieses Hotel gewählt und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. 5 Sterne - niemals. Maximal 2. der Aqua Park wäre schön, wenn die Rutschen repariert werden würden. Alle Anschlussstellen sind schadhaft und bei jedem Abschnitt des Rutschens schmerzt es und offene Stellen. Schade! Getränke schmecken alle nach Chlor oder gar nicht. Bier und Wasser im Speisesaal täglich leer. Das Schlimmste ist allerdings das Essen. Jeden Tag das gleiche… labbrige Pommes, ölige Nudeln, Schwein oder Hähnchen. Teilweise roh. Frische Salate Fehlanzeige. Tütensalat in Schüsseln, als Dressing gab’s nur Öl. Alles sehr lieblos und nicht frisch. Tiefkühlessen mehr nicht. Es ist eine Frechheit was angerichtet ist. Keine Auswahl. Speisesaal klein, alt und vieles defekt. Das Geschirr nur noch ekelig, verdreckt. Die Zimmereinigung nicht besser, nämlich gar nicht. Wenn man neue Handtücher hatte war das Glück. Zimmermädchen unfreundlich.
Schade ums Geld… da gibt es wahrlich bessere Hotels. Fünf Sterne niemals…

Пожалуй, единственное, что действительно было чудесно - это вид из окна на море. Еда была хорошей, но не для отеля 5⭐️. В номере было чисто, при заезде в холодильнике была бутылка воды и десерт. Потом запас воды не пополнялся, что для 5⭐️ совсем мимо. Халаты в номере мягкие, но все размера XL, а мой S🤷‍♀️ и почему-то только 2, хотя нас было 4 человека (позже ещё 2 принесли по нашей просьбе). Команда аниматоров очень активная и приветливая. Близко остановка автобусов, на 20 автобусе можно добраться до Ретимно, билет для одного в одну сторону стоит 2.20, купить можно за наличные в магазине при отеле.

Cons:

Как говорится, первое впечатление нельзя произвести дважды. А первое, что мы увидели - конфликт на стойке регистрации. Позже поняли, почему. При бронировании было полностью все оплачено, включая все налоги. При заезде потребовали оплату туристического налога в размере 45€ (как он рассчитывался, мы не поняли). В очереди также были и другие семьи, которые неожиданно узнали об этом. К счастью, букинг быстро среагировал и оплата была возвращена на следующий день.
Также при заезде не рассказали ничего про отель: где что находится, как работает, какие услуги есть и тд. Потом отдельно приходили и все спрашивали.
Залог за полотенце для бассейна 10 евро, можно оплатить только наличными.
Территория очень печально выглядит. Уставшие горки, о которые ребенок поранился, «рестораны» с затертым интерьером, лежаки грязные и треснувшие, очень скользкий пол около бассейна. Очень грязная посуда в ресторане🙈 каждый раз протирала салфетками, потому что на тарелках всегда было что-то не домытое. Запах канализации и мусора внизу гостиницы. Напитки в барах в одноразовых стаканчиках. В общем, не 5⭐️ однозначно. Уровень гостиницы 3⭐️, не больше.

Семья 2 взрослых 3 детей.
Pros:

Персонал очень приветливый,отзывчивый.Нас встретили,помогли,проводили до номера.Расположение отеля замечательное,питание разнообразное,каждый нашёл по своему вкусу. Нашим детям понравилось всё:в бассейне вода была чистая и тёплая,аквапарк дополнял восторг.у нас были замечательные каникулы.
