Pros:

The location of this facility is outstanding the quality of the building and the grounds along with the swimming pools are exceptionally probably one of the most unique places in bulgaria.

Cons:

This facility has the ability to be a 5 star location but what let's it's down so badly is it is run by staff who seem to not care there is no attention to detail eat in the restaurant at your pearl the communal areas ie toilets restaurant at untidy and dirty . Towels seem to be a rare commodity and all the staff where casual clothes and when they are not standing around smoking you wouldn't know who works there this is disappointing for such a beautiful location.

Great place; come with your own car or bring snacks
Pros:

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The sea views, the saltwater pool with the stairs carved into the rock, the infinity pool -- beautiful! So many places to relax and take in the views. The GM Diana and the restaurant manager Svetozar, seconded from the Sofia sister property, are the highest-class hospitality professionals. Beautiful place, lovely people. I didn't want to leave. But I'll try to come back next September, with some adjustments in logistics.

Cons:

The complex is in the middle of nowhere, and the restaurant is the only source of food there. The food menu is quite limited, and hugely overpriced. The drinks menu is, by comparison, very extensive. The food is mediocre. A sign posted at the breakfast buffet -- there is a reason the breakfast is listed as "good breakfast," not "exceptional" -- prohibits the guests from taking the food to their rooms. Given the lack of any other food sources, it is understandable that most people would like a snack at some point during the day, and the restaurant menu does not offer anything small, nor a variety. Come to breakfast early, because whatever they run out of by 9 a.m., does not get replaced. The nearest "grocery store" is a 15-minute walk on an unpaved road and has almost nothing but crackers, yogurt, and some laundry detergent. Taking a taxi into town is expensive.

Невероятен комплекс!
Pros:

Красив и нестандартен комплекс с невероятни гледки и интересни скулптури! Много ми харесва цялата атмосфера! Харесва ми, че има различни зони за отдих. Топъл басейн, соленото езеро, инфинити басейн и дори пясъчен кът. Храната беше много вкусна и обслужването в ресторанта беше много добро. Като цяло, персонала правеше всичко, за комфортното пребиваване там. Това място заслужава да бъде посетено още много пъти!

Cons:

Fitness area is well equipped, but unlike previous visits, there were no or not visible maintenance
Partnership I guess with next residence was bringing too much tourists on the property facilities making the calm and relax challenged compare to previous visits.

Mükemmel, farklı, masal gibi.
Pros:

Çok sessiz sakin huzurlu bir yer, sanat eserleri ile dolu oldukça geniş, manzarası ve peyzajı mükemmel bahçesi var. Odanın manzarası çok güzel, sabahları kuş sesleri ile uyandık.Yatak çok rahat, banyo oldukça geniş ve güzeldi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi tek eksiği siyah çay 😁.Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Kendimi masalın içinde hissettiğim anlar oldu.

Cons:

Deniz kenarında taşlar çok yosunlu ve kaygan eşim kayıp düştü , sonradan farkettik o kısımdaki şemsiye ve şezlonglara kimse geçemiyordu Arada temizlense çok iyi olur.
