Die Aussicht vom Hotel auf den See lol

Cons:

Im Hotelzimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank, unakzeptabel, In einem 4Sterne Hotel muss der Gast erwarten können, dass das Hotelpersonal wenigstens rudimentäre Englischkenntnisse besitzt. Kein einziger vom Personal sprach auch nur ein Wort Englisch. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass insbesondere das Servicepersonal keine besondere Motivation hatte unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Wunderschöne lage und sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr fein. Das Zimmer wie auch das Bad war sehr gross. Auch die Terase war sehr gross. Die Aussicht war der Hammer.

Lovely hotel and location. The waiter was friendly and helpful and funny!!
Pros:

Amazing view and lovely staff. Very clean and modern rooms and the food was amazing!

Cons:

Sound travels easily bc of the tile floor and concrete walls so could easily hear our neighbours next door but once people were settled in their rooms, it was quiet during the night so got a good nights sleep!

Die Lage, der Blick auf den See, ein traumhaftes Schwimmbad direkt gegenüber, die Großzügigkeit des Zimmers

Cons:

Das Abendessen war katastrophal insbesondere auch auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Pasta verklebt, Ragout eingetrocknet, Ente zäh, Semifreddo alt, Früstück ebenfalls nicht genießbar…also das Essen auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen
