Petit déjeuner parfait. Repas très correct. Service prévenant et souriant. Nourriture excellente et varié. Service chambre efficace et parfait.
Le bruit ,le soir. Les groupes qui viennent après le dîner distraire les clients. Impossibilité de se reposer avant 23 h.

Le petit-déjeuner est parfait autant en sucré qu'en salé grand choix, vous pouvez dîner le soir un buffet pour 10 € par personne . La chambre spacieuse avec un joli balcon une bonne laiterie et surtout très propre, Avec un extérieur tout aussi entretenu, parking gratuit et couvert, les serveuse surtout les jumelles sont adorables et un grand merci au serveur bip bip.
Hôtel idéalement situé au calme.
La fermeture de la piscine à 18h30 beaucoup trop tôt.

El tamaño de la habitación y la amabilidad de la mayor parte del personal excepto un camarero que fue grosero
La piscina cierra a las 18:30h y a las 18h hubo un camarero que comienza a cerrarla y me grito para que saliera cuando aún faltaba tiempo para cerrar. En el cuarto de baño de la habitación hay hormigas y la limpieza no es adecuada. La cena del buffet no es buena, falta variedad y calidad.
Un Hotel con mini appartamenti o anche villini con giardino, adatto a famiglie come la nostra.
Molti servizi a disposizione come 4 piscine molto pulite, campo da calcio sempre a disposizione, mini golf, biliardo, palestra al chiuso, ping pong, biliardino.
C'è sempre modo di intrattenersi e far divertire i bambini.
Open bar e quiete tutto il giorno.
Spiagge meravigliose da raggiungere in automobile.
Personale cortese e attento.

La suite était très spacieuse et disposait d'un balcon dont nous avons bien profité. La literie était confortable et la chambre très silencieuse. Il y a des nombreux transats autour des piscines, nous n'avons jamais manqué de places. Parking gratuit à disposition très appéciable. Notre fils a bien profité du citystade. L'emplacement général de l'hôtel est plutôt bien. Le choix de plats pour le diner est suffisant et la qualité correcte. Le personnel est très agréable. Les spectacles de
2 matins, nous avons été sortis du lit pour la femme de ménage. Le petit-déjeuner manque de choses sucrées. Pour le diner, les boissons ne sont pas incluses, même pas l'eau. Plusieurs fois, le serveur est venu prendre notre commande alors que nous étions au dessert donc inutile.

Le repas est top, bien que pas très diversifié pour un séjour d'une semaine.
L'animation en soirée et le personnel est très serviable
Le point noir l'eau n'est pas servi pendant le repas il faut tout payer.
Les commodités des chambres ne sont pas au top et le site n'est pas très adapté
pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

- Posizione ottima: a metà strada tra stalida e malia (entrambi raggiungibili anche facilmente a piedi)
- Staff accogliente in particolare Raluca della reception veramente simpatica, alla mano!
- Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
- Varietà sia per la colazione sia per la cena (avevamo la mezza pensione)
- le piscine chiudono troppo presto (2 alle 18 l’altra alle 18:30)
- poca attenzione nella pulizia delle camere e di tutto l’esterno dell’hotel
