Genuss und Gastfreundschaft pur!
Pros:

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles was das Herz begehrt: frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen; italienische Kaffeespezialitäten, die an den Tisch serviert wurden; frisch gepresster Orangensaft; regionale Spezialitäten; frisches Brot, Kuchen und Gebäck; leckeres Obst; Joghurt; eine Vielzahl von Cerealien usw.
Das Abendessen war geschmacklich hervorragend, abwechslungsreich (idR immer wahlweise Fleisch, Fisch oder vegetarisch als Hauptspeise), mit viel Liebe zubereitet, sehr kreativ angerichtet und wurde - von dem immer freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal - an die schön eingedeckten Tische serviert. Die Getränkepreise waren fair und es gab eine große Auswahl an alkoholischen und nicht alkoholischen Getränken.
Das Zimmer im 2. OG war neu renoviert, war mit Naturholzmöbeln und Flatscreen TV ausgestattet, verfügte über ein sehr schönes Bad mit Glasdusche sowie einen Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Berge und den Sonnenuntergang.
Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine Tiefgarage und eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich im UG könnte evtl. noch eine "kleine Auffrischung" vertragen, wobei dieser in Teilbereichen schon sehr geschmackvoll modernisiert und um ein sehr schönes Schwimmbad, bei dem man auch von Innen nach Außen schwimmen kann, ergänzt wurde. Das ist jedoch "Jammern auf hohem Niveau", da im 4. OG eine wunderschöne neue Panoramasauna mit Whirpool, Ruhe- und Sitzbereich sowie einem Balkon und herrlichem Ausblick auf die Berge untergebracht ist.

Esperienza per famiglie ma servizi non all’altezza

Posizione, vista

Cons:

Batteria da polli per turisti. Camere parzialmente riammodernate e con standard bassi. Durante il nostro soggiorno, per riposarci, c’è stato un matrimonio tutto il giorno che non ci ha fatto dormire.

Pros:

Sehr gut war das Essen und die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel!
Preis Leistung überraschend!

Cons:

Mir persönlich war das Bett zu klein und zu schmal aber entspreche auch nicht der Durchschnittsgröße.
Bei der nächsten Buchung werde ich eine Kategorie höher buchen um ein größeres Bett zu haben.

Soggiorno Piacevole a Terento
Pros:

Si mangia stra bene, cucina diversa ogni giorno, colazione abbondante, cena sempre diversa e di ottima qualità. Ho avuto un pò di difficoltà per la colazione visto che ho la bimba di 2 anni allergica alle proteine del latte e alla frutta secca. Ho comprato io lo yogurt vegano e sono stati gentili a tenermelo in frigo. Invece per la cena sono stati super attenti, hanno fatto il menù degli altri bimbi però senza le proteine del latte. In una stanza del ristorante
c'era una cesta piena di giochi dove tutti i bimbi potevano giocare, quindi abbiamo chiesto di spostarci in quella stanza e siamo stati accontentati in modo da far stare i bimbi più tranquilli.

Cons:

La stanza era superior, ma onestamente la camera della mia amica che era standard era più bella. Era lato montagna ma essendo al primo piano avevamo davanti il tetto dell' ingresso della reception, quindi non avevamo una vista bella sulle montagne, il letto faceva rumore, non avevamo frigo in camera, avevamo la vasca e non la doccia. Allo stesso prezzo c erano camere più belle..
