Elastyczność recepcjonisty i otwarcie na rozwiązanie problemu

Cons:

Brak info przed zameldowaniem że klima nie działa a otwarcie okien powoduje hałas lub zapachy z komina kuchennego (w pokoju, który udało się zamienić bo w poprzednim było za gorąco). Restauracja - jakość do ceny - pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, pyszne śniadania i przesympatyczna obsługa. Lokalizacja przy samym morzu.

Cons:

Dodatkowo płatna sauna i jacuzzi. Myślę, że przy takim standardzie hotelu te usługi powinny być dostępne bez dodatkowych opłat.

Dobra obsługa, bardzo czysto.

Cons:

Troszkę głośno chodzi wentylacja, żeby spokojnie zasnąć trzeba było wyłączyć zasilanie.

Lokalizacja, bo akurat nam odpowiadała. Bardzo miła i chętna do pomocy obsługa. Smaczne śniadanie. Pokój duży, wygodne łóżko

Cons:

Okazało się, że klimatyzacja nie działa, o czym nas nie poinformowano - dopiero rano, przy wymeldowaniu. Bo jeszcze za zimno jest na uruchamianie klimatyzacji. I przy włączeniu chłodzenia, bo w pokoju były 23 stopnie, klimatyzacja grzała. Do 26 stopni. Zatem komfort termiczny żaden, jakość snu - bardzo kiepska, zwl przy wielokrotnych pobudkach z gorąca. Okna nie można było otworzyć, bo wychodzi na ulice, a ruch był spory, więc nie dałoby się spać. Rzecz jasna okna były otwarte wcześniej, żeby się schlodzilo, próba była również w nocy, ale hałas uniemożliwił to najprostsze rozwiązanie.
I drobiazg może, ale brak czajnika w pokoju.
