Check-in Infos wurden erst auf Anfrage und deutlich nach der Check-in Zeit übermittelt, andere gleichzeitig ankommende Gäste haben überhaupt keine Infos bekommen. Vor der Anreise ständige Scam-Versuche, doch auf deren eigener Platform außerhalb von Booking zu bezahlen „da sonst die Buchung nicht garantiert sei“, wenn man das nicht machen würde „wäre das aber auch keine ordentliche Stornierung und die Übernachtungsgebühr Falle trotzdem an“. Absoluter Scam.

Quiet town and a place to rest your head for the night.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. There was room to store multiple bicycles in their storage facility.

Cons:

The WiFi did not work in our room. That’s disappointing. There was constant emails and messages from the hotel telling you what to do and how to find things. I just wonder what would happen if you needed something like extra towels or toilet paper etc because no one was there until breakfast time.

Saubere, angenehme Zimmer.
Pros:

Große Zimmer, Balkon und unkomplizierter Check-in

Cons:

Keinerlei Möglichkeit etwas zu Trinken zu kaufen. Am Montagabend hatten auch alle Restaurants im Ort geschlossen.
Der Ort wird von vielen LKWs als Durchfahrtstrasse zum Fernpass genutzt - Zimmer zum Gartenbereich sind wesentlich leiser.

The location was ok.

Cons:

To check in, you need a degree in technology. Thank goodness there was someone young with us. The whole process takes about 30 minutes and even when you do manage you have to wait for your code to get the key. There is no one around to help you. Inside the room, the hairdryer was broken and towels were missing for the second person.
We tried to cancel due to a mechanical issue about ten minutes after we booked and we were declined. No humanity at all so we had to rush. I wouldn't book this place again. There was no restaurant open even though they say there is one. Also the car park is a mess and some people were double parked.
This is a business, not a hospitality. No point in booking here.

Ich hätte mehr erwartet - schade ☹️

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich ok, sauber und hatte alles was nötig war.

Cons:

Leider fehlte außer zum Frühstück das Personal. Auch das Restaurant war nicht offen, obwohl es beschrieben war. Ohne ein Auto gab es kein Restaurant was zu Fuß zu erreichen war. Das Zimmer war ok, sauber und korrekt. Leider hat das Hotel diverse Probleme in der Statik. Die Stühle sollten geprüft werden, denn man kann sich nicht drauf setzen, da die Teile nicht mehr fest miteinander verschraubt/verklebt waren.
Das Zimmer 107 hat riesige Risse zur balkonseite. Auch am Erker im Flur zum Zimmer gab es seitlich einen kompletten Riss von oben nach unten. Das sollte geprüft werden.

Het ontbijt

Cons:

Er was niemand, dus je moest zelf maar uitzoeken wat te doen. Ik had een 2persoonsbed geboekt, maar er waren 2 vaststaande losse bedden, ieder tegen een andere kant van de kamer vastgemaakt aan de wand.
Je kon er niets eten s'avonds want het was ruhetag. Dus moet je op zoek na een lange reis waar er iets open is. Erg vervelend.
