Breakfast
Single room was depressing
Lovely location, easy to book. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really clean.
Rooms are a little dated - wallpaper peeling off the ceiling and mould in the bath tiles
The view
£15 for a breakfast day light robbery considering I only wanted runny boiled egg and toast!!! Entertainment wasn’t advertised and wasn’t told on check in that there was a wedding on the Saturday every morning got woken up 7am by music from the lounge till 11pm at night no consideration!!! Was ment to be a relaxing break and wasn’t no such thing wouldn’t book again!!!! Everything is extra parking £10 a day!!!! If you want a longer check out £10 p/h money money money…
Everything
Nothing
Right on the seafront
Very dated
Cattivi odori nel bagno, vasca arrugginita
Lovely sea view which was nice to wake up to
I had to pay £24 to park the car for 2 nights as i booked with booking.com
On the add it said free car parking which is misleading so that was very dissapointing.
I decided to eat out on both days probably spent £100 which i would of spent in the hotel but i refused on the grounds of being misslead.
Views amazing
Would be nice to have balcony from bedroom that overlooked the sea
Location
Extra charges for parking, even after staying at the hotel
Pleasant staff
The outdated rooms, my first room was very claustrophobic, overlooking a road and the bath was yellow
We had a wonderful experience at breakfast! The food was delicious, fresh and offered a great variety to start the day. More than anything, the staff made our morning, they were friendly, attentive and welcoming. They had separate ladles and dedicated utensils next to each items, the serving area was clean and hygiene was maintained.
Nice sea view from the hotel and terrace to sit.
The double bedroom with sea view was stinky and when asked in the reception if we could upgrade, the lady at the desk said there were no rooms, when we could clearly see other room keys in the reception. The receptionist on the day we checked in was not friendly.
On the sea front
Being charged for parking
This hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the English Riveria. Stunning views. Staff very warm and welcoming.
I had a issue with my room. Although the bedding was clean. Overall the room itself was very dated and dirty. The reason i gave an high score..on complaining the hotel management agreed and sorted the situation out without hassle. This was a one off, I had seen other beautifully kept rooms!
The location was nice as it was seafront
The hotel and staffs were very friendly and very comfortable to stay. But the one thing i don’t like is the very dirty window put me off. And the cobwebs and dirt sorrounding the window.
