Второй раз останавливались в этом отеле. Принципиально ничего особенно не поменялось. Есть 2 лифта (очень удобно с чемоданами, есть грузовой лифт), утром сытный завтрак. И что нам было особенно ценно - это близость к автовокзалу.
Номер оказался прокуренным, заменить его было невозможно, так как на ресепшн сказали, что других номеров нет(( Чистота номера тоже оказалась неидеальной
Понравилось, что персонал вошел в положение: на следующий день нам надо было рано уезжать и мы не смогли бы воспользоваться завтраком, поэтому нам предложили покушать в этот день (а мы были голодные с дороги) и заселили раньше! Останавливались в этом отеле уже 3 раз. Недалеко торговый центр, минут 10 пешком.
Некоторые моменты требуют ремонта (дырка в стене - вентиляция, просто снята пластиковая заглушка?), ванная маловата для 3 человек, дверь открывается прямо на раковину.

Un ottimo hotel in posizione strategica per visitare il Monastero di Sumela e il centro di Trabzon. Camere con arredamento basico ma spaziose e molto pulite. Parcheggio privato gratuito accanto alla struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile.
La colazione è prevalentemente salata, poche le scelte sulla parte dolce. Il personale è molto gentile, ma in pochi parlano inglese e c'è stato qualche problema di comprensione (risolto con il traduttore online).

Otelin işçiləri çox yaxşı idi ,otaqlar geniş və təmiz idi .Səhər yeməyi çeşidli yetərincə var idi.
Great location, private parking, and a nice room view.
The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. Having a dedicated parking space was a big plus, and the view from the room was really lovely.
Poor mattress quality, breakfast issue, and basic cleanliness.
My main issue was with the bed. Instead of a proper double mattress, it was two single mattresses pushed together. This left an uncomfortable gap in the middle, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. I asked the staff multiple times to replace it with a proper double mattress, but my request was ignored until I eventually gave up.
Additionally, the breakfast lacked variety and wasn't very good. The overall cleanliness was also below expectations—it felt more like a average 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star experience

the location, 6 minutes from the airport and wherever you want to go the exist r just infront of the hotel, with in 5 minutes you are on your location route and very near to Trabzon Maydan. plus the breakfast was amazing every day they changed the egg verities one day omlet, one day shakshooka, on day fried sausage and the other day sausage in sauce, the best thing was that the kitchen was opened and we could see female staff working in the kitchen and making the breakfast in hygenic way. the breakfast was delicious and far above my expectation
was traveling with my friend leaving in the morning and coming back at night so what we needed an easily accessable accomodation and a clean and comfortable room with confortable bed, and this hotel fullfilled our needs, the only thing we missed was an iron and ironing board, the hotel doesnt have this facility and if for ironing they charge a lot
