I will NEVER gi back nor recommend
Cons:

Room nothing like the pictures on booking.com. Windows cracked. Bare floors. Cockroaches. No privacy in toilet as window that should be frosted is scratched off. Shower head dirty and clogged. Min bar in room empty. Safe has no key. No hairdryer. No toiletries. Restaurant poor. Only pizza and chicken wings on the menu. No milk for lattes with breakfast. Definitely not what a 4 star should offer

To sum up our stay was just appalling.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional and the location was easily accessible.

Cons:

Firstly, the room we received was nothing like what I saw booked on site, this was such a betrayal. Secondly, the towels we got looked so worn out imagine a grey towel with bleach stains. Thirdly, we booked a table for dinner and chose our meals in the afternoon to give the team at the restuarant enough time to prepare our meals only to arrive for dinner and be told the chef fell ill and had to leave and that left us with no food to eat for supper.

Cons:

The photos on the website/internet is not what you get. No fireplace as advertised, which is why we booked the room. The staff was amazing, accommodating. The owner, sadly, not at all.
There wasn’t a hair dryer. Wine glasses would have been nice in the room. We have stayed in many boutique hotels and this is definitely not one, never mind 4 stars.

Not what we paid for…
Pros:

Not a lot - we ended up checking out and finding another property in Tulbach to stay.

Cons:

The room we booked on the fotos was not what the room looked like today. The fireplace has been removed etc. but fotos never updated. Very limited dinner menu and even worse (and expensive) wine list, yet you are not allowed to bring your own wine. Unfriendly and clueless staff. Think carefully before you book this place.
