The city tax applies only for stays longer than 1 day, payable at reception in cash. Guest who end up paying the city tax receive a 20% discount at Uniejów Thermal Spa.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Friendly, immaculate 4* hotel. Attention to every detail made our stay very comfortable.
Pros:

The location was perfect with a great view from the balcony. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The beds and especially the pillows are so comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. The rooms, gardens and spa area are immaculate. Breakfasts were amazing and we dined in the Regins restaurant on my birthday and the whole meal was delicious. We will certainly return.

Pros:

Lokalizacja naprawdę na plus. Panie z recepcji to naprawdę przemiłe osoby, budują pozytywny odbiór hotelu. Na każde pytanie znalazła się odpowiedź. Śniadania również były przepyszne i zróżnicowane.

Cons:

Pokój w którym mieliśmy przyjemność nocować był schludny i bardzo ładny, aczkolwiek nasza druga noc nie mogła przebiec w spokoju, ze względu na drzwi w środku pokoju, które podejrzewam łączył inny pokój z naszym. Niestety przez te drzwi słychać WSZYSTKO, co robią i o czym rozmawiają osoby obok. Polecam zweryfikować, czy aby na pewno nie jest konieczna ich wymiana, ponieważ bardzo obniżyło to komfort snu.

Dostęp do małego basenu, wokół którego było sporo wody - w tym miejscu zabrakło personelu. Niedostępne wanny z wodą termalną. Zaniedbane balie na zewnątrz.

Nie za blisko i nie za daleko do term, sklepów, restauracji, bulwaru i innych atrakcji. Możliwość rezerwacji dwóch sąsiadujących ze sobą, połączonych drzwiami pokoi. Idealne rozwiązanie dla rodziny z dziećmi. Piękny ogród z leżakami, placem zabaw i zadaszoną wiatą. Pyszne śniadania z dużym wyborem potraw. W tym hotelu naprawdę odpoczywam.
