Het is een fantastische accommodatie op een top plekje! Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Je kunt meteen met een drankje genieten op het bankje voor de accommodatie. Heerlijk bed, alles voor een ontbijtje aanwezig. Alles op loopafstand en genoeg tips van Coen gekregen. Handig dat je een uitrijkaart bij aankomst kunt kopen.

I loved everything! The hosts were so helpful and sweet. They were really easy to get in touch with as well. The location was perfect, and the room itself was amazing! They really add a lot of little touches to make the place feel extra special and luxurious.

Truly unique and amazing location. Perfect way to enjoy the culture and history of this charming city. It’s a compact studio but had everything we needed. So easy to get to all the places we wanted to see.

Location, cleanliness and host

Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views, right outside the doors. People were extremely friendly. Fourth time at this hotel, and will be back again♥️

A unique stay on the banks of the canal in Utrecht, where every little thing to make for a very comfortable stay has been thought of and all the best bits of the city are in easy reach!

The location and the love and care for the place. It was small but everything you needed was there. Also two umbrellas, which we had to use one afternoon.

Beautifully appointed studio with real attention to detail. Thought has gone into what guests need and want, down to Rituals toiletries, fruit and wine and beer! Very comfortable and cosy.

How incredible to sleep in a 13th-century wharf cellar! And the hosts are remarkably supportive, providing a thorough, self-prepared guide to bike rentals, kayak rentals, historical tour opportunities, local grocery and theatre locations. Even more, they were quickly reachable and personally available to help when I was too shy to address the locals talking a bit loudly on the bench outside my window late one night. Add fresh flowers, fresh linens, candles for both inside and outside plus a kitchen stocked twice with yogurt/granola/toast and even beer and wine for good measure, and it’s clear staying here was beyond special. Thank you!

Very unique room located right next to the canal. An assortment of boats to observe on the canal. boat rentals nearby. Kitchenette fully stocked. owner was available for any concerns. Modern, clean room.

This is the one of the most beautiful AND peaceful places. It is so relaxing with everything one needs so close by! The owners are super, this is our second time in this Hotel and I will be staying here again for sure. Love the room atmosphere.😎

We loved the position of this studio apartment, just out of the city centre and very peaceful on the waters edge. Excellent hosts who made sure we had everything we needed and the added extras were much appreciated.

The location is great, the flat is well furnished and the hosts were very helpful and easily contacted.

Beautiful, spacious unit with nice amenities. Breakfast items, fruits and drinks were available and were replenished throughout my stay. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to train station and everything you need is around. Great hospitality from the hosts, they were available anytime I needed to make my stay comfortable. They went extra mile to recover a mistake from Booking.com even if they didn't have to, I appreciate that. This is definitely the place I will be staying when I visit Utrecht again.

The little extras in the room such as wine, beer, yoghurt, cereal, toast etc. This was such a nice little touch and completely unexpected. The room was super modern with everything that you need for a comfortable weekend stay

Unusual and atmospheric place near city centre, lovely hosts, goodies in fridge, bicycle hire...

I love the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cosy and chill environment. The bed was so comfortable, it blew my mind. There were muesli, yoghurt, juices prepared. Koen and Wilmar made me feel really at home here. I will definitely return here if I’m returning to the NL. ☺️

Very good location next to a lot of restaurants, a cinema and the canal.
