Property Description

The Eagle Harbor Inn is a petite boutique hotel in downtown Bainbridge Island, 35 minutes from Seattle. It offers five one-of-a-kind hotel rooms and two custom townhomes built around a garden-filled courtyard, a short walk from the ferry, shops, restaurants and waterfront.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

I’d stay there again, but always take my phone with me, even tu o just grab something from the car.
Pros:

The room was nicely designed and furnished with quality fittings, excellent linens, and attractive adornments.
The two chairs were OK but not very comfy and there was no table between them for coffee or cocktails, so we used the desk chair with a placemat on the seat.
There was a small fridge/freezer which was nice.
The tub/shower had handrails but no non-slip mat. Plenty of quality towels.
Coffee was freshly provided each morning with table cream in a fridge underneath. This also had an icemaker inside!
There was adequate parking.
It’s close to shops and restaurants.
There is no elevator and our room was up 1-1/2 flights from the car park. Great if you are able bodied.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit awkward since the sink had very little counter. . They made up for that somewhat with a second mirror and narrow shelf and Makeup mirror.
At some point, the code for the door lock was cancelled so I was stuck outside with no phone and had to yell to my husband to let me in. It took a while, since there was a substitute manager, to get the code reinstated. This was a consequence of contactless entry—no human present.

Love the convenience and the amenities.
Pros:

Convince t location, the room was a good size and very clean. Lovely amenities.

Cons:

It would be great if there was a microwave. Otherwise, this hotel has it all.

Room is fine, but staff are not communicating well and no place to store luggage.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the decor was nice

Cons:

For the love of all that is holy, improve your communication skills. we were arriving 3 hours before check in, so i called to ask if we could store our bags on check in. Guy says he will have our room ready, call when we are on the ferry. Guy texts the room is ready and the code but doesn't give us the room name or number. Get to the island and we still don't know what room we are in call the guy twice and no answer. He finally texts us name of room. Hike all our luggage to second floor and he finally texts back that he sent us the wrong room. Other issues-wifi was out or something because the TV would not connect. Apparently not a new problem because someone had written the same thing on the back of a paper left in the room. We cut our visit short because there was no place to store our luggage after check out. we would not stay here again

Lovely place very near harbor
Pros:

Wonderful location close to the Harbor and Doc's, an excellent restaurant and Streamliners, an excellent breakfast place. Hubs and I had one beautiful room; my brother had another. Only downside was time lost trying to figure out how to get anything on the televisions. Comfortable attractive rooms.

Cons:

Small tvs with no explanation about remotes. Would be nice to have a simple handout about getting to regular TV stations.

bad tv system, heating broken in 1 of 2 rooms, door stuck on 1 room and tv/cable terrible. heating loud in other room and thermostat not accurate.
