Excellent stay. Highly recommend Matternhorn room for beautiful sunrise view
Pros:

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Carina last week and had a fantastic experience. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We loved the breakfast, which featured a variety of eggs, breads, nuts & oats, alongside excellent coffee. They were even thoughtful enough to provide gluten-free oats for my wife.
The view from our Matterhorn room with a balcony was absolutely breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunrise. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great local tips and travel advice. The hotel is also conveniently close to the Zermatt train station. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Pas mal pour un hôtel situé à Zermatt, station chère et huppée.

Petit balcon agréable. Grand lit confortable

Cons:

SDB toute riquiqui et peu de lumière au dessus du lavabo. Moquette au sol, dans un établissement recevant des skieurs l'hiver, avec de grosses chaussures ou après-ski, pas très hygiénique. Petit déjeuner correct, mais sans plus, il manque des fruits frais, de la pâte à tartiner et les oeufs coque cuits d'avance étaient durs.

Magnifique endroit
Pros:

Super accueil d'Alessandrina. La déco et le style sont très cosy et les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt während unserem Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstückbuffet. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Schöner Garten. Hatten auch absolutes Glück mit dem Wetter während dem Aufenthalt.

地點離車站走路約10分鐘，不用爬樓梯，只有小的斜坡。本來是訂青旅6人間的一個床位，很幸運後來有被升級到單人房。 工作人員非常友善，有問題都可以問。飯店內甚至有Spa（不過我沒用 哈哈） 另外，飯店地點離馬特洪峰觀景台蠻近的，可以從上到下看日

Wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Matterhorn

Agréable séjour à Zermatt
Pros:

L'accueil a été très bien je vous remercie. L’hôtesse était gentille et souriante.

Cons:

La chambre n'a pas de télévision et le lit double une place est coincée en fond de chambre - quelques joints de la douche sont à refaire (moisissures) - au déjeuner de nombreux produits frais ne sont pas au frais. L’hôtel est loin du centre. Pour les clients venant pour la première fois, ne vous fiez vous pas au GPS (Google).

Удобное расположение, интересный и очень душевный дизайн общих пространств отеля, улыбчивый персонал, чистота, тишина, удивительные драповые ночные шторы на окне.
Без моей просьбы и доплаты я получила номер с большой кроватью. В отеле есть спа, в котором я не была, для него в номере заботливо оставлены халат и тапочки.

Cons:

Номер неожиданно маленький по моему восприятию, хотя для одной ночи одному человеку вполне годится. Когда входишь в комнату, то ощущается запах бани, типа запах сырова дерева...На завтрак совсем мало овощей. В моём номере не было чайника и холодильника ( об этом известно заранее, если внимательно изучать предложение), чай и кофе можно пить в общей зоне.

Excelente acomodação! Tudo perfeito! Ambiente agradável e bem aconchegante. Café da manhã completo. Funcionários muito competentes e atenciosos.
Tem um restaurante que serve o jantar. Cardápio maravilhoso! O chefe fantástico!

Cons:

Gostei de tudo e recomendo. Voltarei outras vezes.

Pros:

L'albergo è molto carino, rinnovato recentemente e tranquillo. Le camere sono piccole ma carine e molto pulite.
Lo staff è molto accogliente e gentile. Non esiterei a tornare.
Abbiamo cenato sul posto ed era molto buono.
