Chic, good value for Zermatt
Pros:

It's very chic. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was good (cold meats, cheeses, bread, croissants, yoghurt, salad, nuts, I think serials, good coffee / tea machine with various options). Value was great for the very pricy Zermatt (but it's still pricy). It's walking distance to everything. There is a spa!

Cons:

Zermatt is expensive, but this this place is probably one of the best value for money options, and it feels chic and premium.

Pros:

Reception and bar staff were welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed talking with them.
The sauna and spa was quite comfortable. The outside sitting area has a magnificent view of the Matterhorn.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet, einfaches Frühstück.
Pros:

gute Lage zum Bahnhof und Innenstadt, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft gab es ein kostenloses Erfrischungsgetränk und Gipfeli. Außerdem konnte man den ganzen Tag kostenlos Wasser mit und ohne Kohlensäure abfüllen. Sehr modernes und ansprechendes Ambiente in den Gemeinschaftsräumen.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein, war aber die günstigste Kategorie. Ebenfalls kein Balkon oder gute Sicht nach draußen. Es soll nach Auskunft aber auch bessere geben.

It is new and reception staff is helpful.

Cons:

The cleaning staff are rude and lazy. They are all away from the hotel early afternoon and none of them offer help at 2:30pm.

Extremely nice place with great amenities
Pros:

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Bathrooms and dorms were very well maintained and cleanly. Spa area was very nice and professional.
