Bel hôtel, à 2 pas des boutiques, des restaurants et proches des sentiers de rando/remontées mécaniques
Accueil respectueux et professionnel
Jolie terrasse avec vue sur l'église et le mont Cervin, idéal pour un bain de soleil
Bon petit déjeuner
Chambre sous les combles, pittoresque et pleine de charme

Cons:

Chambre assez chaude en journée car sous les combles
Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder au dernier étage (où était la chambre)
La chambre donne directement sur la rivière dont le courant peut être très bruyant si on dort fenêtre ouverte

Pros:

Het personeel de mevrouw bij het inchecken was erg aardig en gezellig de gehele tijd als ze werkte (aanwezig was). Het ontbijt was prima, verschillende dingen, fruit was niet altijd goed en werd steeds met iets anders afgewisseld (ik begreep de doormiddel gesneden bananen niet (hierdoor waren ze niet fris meer). Spa heerlijk, leuk ingericht, leuke elementen zoals de belevenis douche. Mooie locatie.

Cons:

De kamer was kleiner dan verwacht zonder keukenblok. De toilet trok meteen niet goed door (helaas denk je dan dat dit vanzelf oplost). De spa was al om 20:00 uur dicht, jammer te vroeg. Ik miste echt hotel slippers zeker ook vanwege de spa. De bedden zijn niet verschoond tussendoor. Jammer dat we geen ontbijt mochten meenemen voor onderweg vanwege het eerder moeten vertrekken dan de ontbijttijd (dit was al betaald en een lunchpakket kopen kon wel).

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a variety of cheese, meat, milk, coffee, vegetables/fruits, and bread. Staff members were friendly. The bridge is next to the hotel, where you can watch Matterhorn.

Zermatt mit dem Matterhornblick - einfach wunderschön.
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage, das tolle helle Zimmer, der Balkon, die Aussicht, das Rauschen der Vispa, das aufmerksame Personal, Kaffee + Wasserautomat im Foyer, das Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Nicht wirklich relevant, wenn man es vorher weiß, dass es ( nicht wie in anderen Hotels ) keinen sonstigen
Getränkekühlschrank o.ä. gibt.

Delightful
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was as expected and the bed was very comfortable.

The spa was certainly the highlight. What a surprising highlight to discover this very thoughtfully designed space! Something intriguing and wonderful around each corner. Perfect way to recover after a day in the mountains

Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen mit südlichem Balkon (zwar ohne Matterhornblick) aber dennnoch war das sehr nett. Der Spa-Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das z Morgebüffet hatte genügend Auswahl. Gepäck durften wir auch noch stehen lassen. Vielen Dank

Special stay
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and literally a walking distance from the train station. We had a wonderful stay overall, and the hotel was charming, with very friendly and attentive staff. The spa facilities are excellent (either after a hike or skiing) or simply after a long day of travelling.

Cons:

One small disappointment was a misunderstanding regarding our room. We had requested a room "with a view", assuming this meant a view of the Matterhorn. Instead, our room overlooked the local cemetery. As it was my partner's birthday weekend, we found this rather unfortunate and, admittedly, a little ironic.

Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so it wasn't possible to change rooms. The staff explained that bookings made through Booking.com don't always allow them to capture specific room requests as clearly, and suggested contacting the hotel directly in the future. My advice to future guests would therefore be to specifically request a Matterhorn-view room when booking, rather than simply a "room with a view."

On a positive note, the owners surprised my partner with a complimentary glass of bubbly on his birthday morning, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.

アパートメント棟の方に滞在しました。キッチン付き、現代的な水回り、ホテル側の設備も利用可能と、充実した滞在を送ることができました。ホテルの受付の方々もとてもフレンドリーで、滞在の手助けをしてくれました。
有名観光スポットからも近く、キルヒ橋辺りからはバスも出ているので、アクティビティの面でも最高です。
洗濯機もフロントに確認する事で、地下一階の洗濯機と乾燥機が使うことができました。洗剤は備え付けのものが利用可能です。洗濯、乾燥の1回セットあたり5CHFだったので、気軽に利用することができました。

Cons:

強いて挙げれば、コンロが電熱線式で加熱に時間がかかったことです。とはいえこれは大した問題ではありません。
