Good value, great location, amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Even though it is next to the church, the bells did not bother us at all. The small spa, 2 saunas and a whirlpool, was a nice treat on a rainy day. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is located at a perfect point to take cable car for Matterhorn or Gornergrat. Also very easy to reach Zermatt train station. The staff is super nice at the hotel and gives personalized attention to each guest. Having a newly renovated Spa was an added bonus.

Super Lage direkt neben der Kirche in Zermatt. Circa 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof zu Fuß.
Sehr gepflegtes kleines Spa ( Achtung es dürfen keine Kinder bis 12 dort hinein).
Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal.
Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis für Zermatt.

Gerne mal wieder, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Zum Zimmer: Schöne Grösse, grosszügig eingerichtet, viele Matterhorn-Details, schöner Balkon. Sehr grosses Bad/grosse Dusche. Genug Kleiderbügel und Stauraum.
Das Frühstück war lecker, abwechslungsreich.
Es hat eine Kaffeemaschine, die man immer benutzen kann für Kaffee- oder Teegelüste.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht
Pros:

Wunder bare Zimmer, Frühstück top , Wellness ist fantastisch, in manchen Bereichen etwas dunkel ( Dusche ) toller Pool ! Sehr komfortabel .

Cons:

Nur kleine Idee : Balkonmöbel / Felle / Decken könnte man etwas gemütlicher gestalten.
