Clean and modern room
Pros:

Friendly front desk, clean and modern room, good view of Zermatt. Just a 10-min walk from Zermatt train station. Glad to be their last guests this summer season.

Breakfast was basic. Sauna was very nice. Owner was very friendly. Very nice to have the free coffee-tea-hot water 24 hrs, and even chocolates!

Tolles Zimmer mit Blick aufs Matterhorn
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön ( mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Matterhorn) und der Wellnessbereich war ein Highlight.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Glad I found this spot. Great location
Pros:

Staff was super helpful. Dropped bags off so we could walk around until check-in. Coffee bar in lounge was great while we planned the day. Wish the whirlpool was open a little later. Barely made it in time to relax after a day of hiking but it was an AMAZING spa area! Easy walk to train station.

An excellent place to stay to hike and explore the area with fantastic facilities.
Pros:

The location was very central to all activities restaurants, and a short walk from the train station. The staff, facilities and breakfast included were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the spa area with a sauna and soak after a long day of hiking!

Cons:

Could not fault this establishment.

Alles perfekt, mit dem Seiler Klavier als i-Punkt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr angenehm, alles wurde vor kurzer Zeit renoviert. Das Seiler Klavier in der Lobby ist super, schön, dass es so etwas noch gibt.

Ich konnte nichts finden.
