Pros:

Centrale ligging in dit kleine historische plaatsje. Prima kamer. Badkamer met ligbad. Uitstekend ontbijt.

Cons:

Het was schoon, maar het is een zeer oud hotel en dat zij je aan onder andere het tapijt en de meubels.

Efficient and very functional hotel in the town centre.
Pros:

No trip would be complete to North Portugal without our regular stop at Hotel Bagoeira. I discovered it years ago when working with a clothing manufacturer based in Barcelos. Still enjoy a visit despite being retired now.
The hotel rooms seem to be updated quite regularly.
The breakfast room is on the top floor with great views all around and offers inside or outside options.
Food is plentiful and well prepared, good service too.
Opposite the hotel is a huge (free) car park, however, on occasions there are events (around Mayday) which brings the fun fair to town and there is a regular market day. Parking is hard to come on those days but the hotel has an underground 2 level car park around the back.
The hotel restaurant is a place of wonder and character, a huge open kitchen and seating capable of catering for large functions. Normally though, those vast spaces are closed off and it becomes a regular restaurant.
Service is first class as is the food, wide and varied menu.
Open to non residents at lunch and dinner, take the trouble to book a table as it's extremely popular.
Great location for exploring the town.

Cons:

Not a lot to dislike but if you have heavy luggage, it's often difficult to park right outside the hotel entrance.
Underground hotel car parking can be difficult to find on a first visit.

A FALTA DE AMABILIDADE.
Pros:

Acomodação confortável e limpa.
Café da manhã satisfatório.

Cons:

Da forma grosseira que o funcionário da recepção se dirigiu a mim, quando se aproximou do horário do check-out. Ele me perguntou a que horas eu ia deixar o quarto, ao invés de só me lembrar o horário do mesmo. Não gostei.
