Wir hatten bei Anreise ein nicht 4 * würdiges Zimmer,Bad vor allem, haben jedoch nach 2 maliger Beschwerde ein neues Zimmer bekommen und einen Preis Nachlass. Das hat uns sehr gefreut.

Die Lage und Atmosphäre ist so schön - ich fühle mich so wohl hier
Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind extrem freundlich, besonders die Dame an der Rezeption
Ich komme, wenn ich ein Zimmer bekomme, immer wieder gerne nach Maria Plain

Cons:

Wlan war nicht so gut , auf Grund einer Hochzeit war es sehr laut
aber das war eine Ausnahme.
Sonst bin ich immer zufrieden gewesen - Danke

חדר מרווח, מיקום מעולה, ארוחת בוקר מושלמת, שירות נעים.

אין מזגן למרות שלא היה צורך בגלל מזג האויר הנעים.

Très bel emplacement sur une colline surplombant Salzbourg, bâtiment plein de charme et traditionnel, un lieu de rencontre pour autrichiens pas uniquement un hôtel, hôtel restaurant très confortable

Bellissima la location e l'albergo in generale. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben pulite con armadi e cassetti capienti. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile sempre con un sorriso

Cons:

Sicuramente a mio avviso ci sono delle piccole pecche...nelle stanze non c'è un bollitore per scaldarsi l'acqua e la cassaforte. La colazione internazionale non è molto ricca e soprattutto non è segnalato cosa comprende perché le pietanze non hanno i nomi. Bisogna andare un pó a intuito. Sono sicura che si può migliorare.

Cons:

Code van het sleutelkastje klopte niet en telefonisch niemand bereikbaar. Bij toeval iemand aanwezig die ons kon verder helpen. Vroeg in de ochtend ging in hele pand het brandalarm, ongelukje in de keuken.

Rustige uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Salzburg.
Pros:

Het uitzicht over Salzburg.
De rust.
Het inchecken ( want rustdag hotel) via een sleutelbox ging uitstekend.
Het is een familiehotel dat al jaren door een familie wordt gerund. Interieur klassiek en typisch Oostenrijks.
Ontbijt was goed.
Avondeten was redelijk.

Cons:

Badkamer oud en toe aan renovatie.
Hoofdkussens te slap.
Toen wij er waren was het 33 gr C. Doordat er geen airco of ventilator is was de kamer erg warm.
Veel last gehad van muggen ( geen horren).
De 2 dagen erna was het veel koeler ( 16 gr C) dus qua temperatuur veel beter in de kamer . Ondanks lagere temperatuur bleven de muggen s nachts helaas komen.

Außerordentlich hilfsbereites liebenswürdiges Personal. Sehr gediegen ausgestattetes Hotel mit vorzüglichem Restaurant und hervorragender Küche

Nichts, im Gegenteil wir werden wieder versuchen dort zu wohnen, wenn wir nach Salzburg kommen
