A gem outside of Salzburg
Pros:

The location was perfect - close enough to the city, but far enough to be peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg. The outsize area to eat/drink was gorgeous - a beautiful view and covered under the trees with a gentle breeze. The perfect spot to enjoy a drink and in the afternoon / evening. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. They were clean and well put together. A gem.

Cons:

We were there in the midst of a heatwave, and the rooms don't have air conditioning, so it was warm. We kept the windows and doors to the balcony open, and that helped. A fan would have been great.

Prekrasan hotel sa jos boljim panoramskim pogledom na Salzburg.
Ima besplatno parkiraliste u dvorištu, terasu za hranu ili piće sa spomenutim pogledom na grad, okruzen šumom. Odličan doručak!

Das freundliche Personal im Service! Heutzutage keinesfalls mehr Standard!

Ebenso begegnet einem Freundlichkeit beim Frühstücksbuffet -ein Buffet welches auch keine Wünsche offen lässt- und auch das fleißigeHouskeeping-Personal sollte man öfters erwähnen, dessen Leistungen vom Gast oft gar nicht richtig wahrgenommen wird - außer, es findet sich irgendwo einmal ein klitzekleines Härchen.....!
Aber das kennt man ja zu genüge!

Wenn mir etwas nicht gefällt oder so stört, dass ich glaube mich beschweren zu "müssen", dann ja dann, wende ich mich direkt und persönlich an die jeweilige Ansprechperson bei der Rezeption (hier übrigens eine sehr nette Dame!) und diskreditiere nicht ein ganzes Haus auf irgendeiner Plattform, nur weil evt. irgendetwas klemmt, oder quitscht....!

Und vorallem: ANONYMISIERTEN Kritiken, sollten weder Betreiber noch andere potenzielle Gäste, auch nur die geringste Aufmerksamkeit schenken!
