If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, these services are available at the hotel at a charge of £15 individually, please contact Days Inn Bridgend Cardiff to request for this and pay for this at check-in with reception. When booking 6 rooms or more, the hotel reserves the right to contact you to pay a deposit of up to 50% of the booking to guarantee the booking for the hotel.

Disastrous stay . Never again .
Pros:

Property in dire need of repairs and refurbishment .
Mould around the window , not appropriate bed for family room , we basically been given a mattress to sleep on the floor . Room very very hot without air conditioning or the possibility to open the window for fresh air as window was open restricted . Dated and damaged furniture . TV not working at all and remote control for it not working at all . Customer misleading about parking charges when in fact stay the parking is free of charge . Breakfast disgusting and basically a microwave heated box , unhealthy and un tasty either . Disastrous stay . Never again .

Pros:

The staff that we dealt with were friendly.

Cons:

Difficult to actually find the hotel as it was attached to a motorway services Jct 36 of M4.
Only a tiny sign pointed the way to the hotel which was set right back down a road from the services area.
No signage when driving into the services that the hotel was actually there?
Although the website was boasting a restaurant with lovely food to choose from and a buffet breakfast, there was no restaurant only fast food outlet at the Services which was a walk up the road and breakfast was a choice of a muffin or croissant in a little box brought to you from reception.
The room was quite large but very basic, but clean and tidy.

Affordable and comfortable stay
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room very tidy. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

I booked through Booking.com and it said free parking, but when I arrived, I was charged £20 for the 4 days I was there to park because I had booked through Booking. com and not directly through them. Then do not advertise as free parking on the Booking.com site.

Okay for one night stay
Pros:

The shower and the bed was comfortable

Lack of towels
Lack of pillows
Door couldn't lock it properly inside
Net curtains/curtains looked out dated and grubby

Table outside bedroom window to close when people sat out there smoking was looking in our window at us.

Paying for car parking was ridiculous

Disappointing!

Cons:

Excessively hot room. Opening a window just let in a lot of noise from the M4.
Good sized room, but poorly furnushed with just pne hard wooden chair, no drawers anywhere, just 5 coat hangars, bed sp close to the wall that you had to walk sideways to get into the left sode. Altogether a huge disappointment. Would never go back.
