Please note that Hotel Isole di Brissago is only reachable via boat from Porto Ronco or Locarno. The last boat to the island leaves around 17:00. The bus 316 is connecting the Locarno Train Station with Porto Ronco. A boat jetty is available for guests arriving with a private boat.

Please note that it is not possible to access the island with a car.

Désorganisé mais le cadre et la nourriture enchantés
Pros:

Le restaurant et la nourriture en générale. L’emplacement est incroyable et la vie est magnifique. Le personnel du restaurant était charmant et efficace

Cons:

Le manque de professionnalisme de l’hôtellerie. La qualité des chambres et le manque de prévoyance du personnel hôtelier. La propreté de la plage et l’organisation de l’accueil des clients.

la réglementation interdisant la climatisation dans ce monument historique rend le séjour inconfortable par grosse chaleur.

Alles, ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne hin! Es ist eine kleine Perle und ich wünsche mir dass es so bleibt! Danke für alles, es war wie immer ein Erlebnis! Liebe Grüsse. An den Koch der uns den Garten gezeigt hat - ihr habt da was ganz besonderes!

Cons:

Ich hätte mir eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Es war ein Superhelden Sommer und wir konnten nicht gut schlafen weil das Zimmer so heiss war.

Beautiful location and wonderful breakfast
Pros:

Perfect to unwind and relax, beautiful location, beautiful building. Restaurant is very nice and the breakfast is marvelous.

Cons:

There was an improvised A/C, it works but they could invest in a proper one.
No pool or easy to access lake spot, so not much swimming in summer.

Stupendo posto da visitare assolutamente con dei però per il ristoro.
Pros:

Posizione, posto chiaramente unico nel suo genere da visitare e soggiornare assolutamente.
Parco botanico. Il cuoco con il suo dipendente sceglie accuratamente dal giardino i fiori ed erbe con cui adornare le pietanze. Mai vista una cosa del genere.

Cons:

Il vitto. Tempi lunghi per l'arrivo dei piatti.
Purtroppo, nel mio caso, avevo combinato una cena di 12 persone. Mi hanno risposto che, visto il numero di persone, era possibile solo un menù degustazione con 5 o 6 portate con 3 o 5 calici di vino che erroneamente avevo pensato come abbinamento di un sommelier con il menù degustazione da loro suggerito. Ahimè non era così perché i 3 o 5 calici era il numero di bicchieri che il commensale poteva bere. Risultato? Gente che ha bevuto solo un calice con gente che ne ha bevuto molto di più. Avrei pensato che il prezzo fosse stato regolato con il numero di bottiglie consumato ma non è stato così. È stata una festa a sorpresa per la mia partner dunque non sono stato a discutere. Quindi: superconsigliato per cene con pochi invitati ma lasciate stare i gruppi per la cena.

Sehr entspannend mit Geplätscher und Vogelgezwitscher aufzuwachen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich gut. Es wurde auf persönlichen Wunsch hergestellt. Aus einer Liste konnte gewählt werden. Zuerst war ich enttäuscht, dass kein Buffet vorhanden war. Wurde dann aber von dem Konzept auf Wunsch des Gasts die Speisen herzustellen überzeugt. Vermeiden von Food Waste.
