Çok güzel, yeni ve tertemiz bir tesis, bilseydik şehir içindeki saçma apart yerine burada konaklardık, biz dönüşte Budapeşte tatilimizi uzatmak için 1 geceliğine burada kaldık, şehrin kalabalığından ve gürültüsünden uzak, yemyeşil bahçesi, çocuk parkı, kış bahçesi olan harika bir tesis. 2 kişilik odamızın terasında dev bir jakuzi vardı ve mükemmeldi. Budapeşte’de konaklamak için kesinlikle burayı tercih edin, arabanızı otelin otoparkına bırakıp uber ile şehre 7-10€ vererek gidiş gelin yapın.

Tolles Hotel mit super Öffi Anbindung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war super groß und die Terrasse mit dem eigenen Whirlpool einfach genial! Nach einer Stadttour genau das richtige um zu entspannen 👍

Cons:

Der Kampf ums Klo Papier 😂 die Putzdamen sind sehr sparsam damit!

Szomszédos terasz ledvilágítása nagyon zavaró
Cons:

A teraszon levő privát jacussi miatt választottuk ezt a szobát, de az esti használat során a szomszéd szoba teraszának újonnan felszerelt ledes fényfűzérének közeli éles bevilágítása nagyon zavaró volt, célszerű lenne a szomszédos teraszokat elválasztani egymástól.

Leider sehr laut, wann ein Event dort stattfindet. Betten könnten bequemer sein. Bad ist klein.

Der Parkplatz ist gross.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist neben dem Hauptgebäude. Dort sind ca. 6 Zimmer.
Vor dem Zimmer hat es einen Parkplatz. Wann ein Fahrzeug das Licht vor dem Zimmer einschaltet, ist es im Zimmer hell. Die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht perfekt ab.
Als wir dort waren, war ein kleiner Event. Und man hörte die Musik, die Personen die immer auf den Parkplatz und zurück gingen. Das Zimmer war eher laut.
Wir würden es nicht mehr buchen.

Its been long time I have had such a BAD experience with an accommodation

EV charging possibility.

Cons:

We booked a Standard Double room at his location based on the pictures they advertise on the Booking.com platform for such room category. We selected this hotel due to he fact that they offer overnight EV charging possibility and, because we did travel with our electric vehicle I called the reception one week before the travel to make sure the EV chargers are working and also sent them a message asking about the cost of the EV charging service. They confirmed the availability and the price (flat fee) in writing within the Booking.com platform's messaging app.

When we checked in to the hotel we received a set of nasty surprises on multiple levels:
- though the room was fully paid via booking.com, they informed us that the room is more expensive in fact (which we had no idea about when booked the room) and they didn't charged the whole amount via the booking.com platform to avoid paying more commission for the booking platform
- it also turned out that the EV charging service cost 30% more than they informed us earlier in writing. When I did show them their written confirmation of the EV charging cost, the receptionist argued that the person who confirmed us the price within their systems is in fact a beginner and she didn't know better and they will charge us for the increased price, no matter what.
- then the biggest disappointment came when we got our room and it turned out they allocated us a room in a semi-basement that had nothing to do with the room category we booked and this obscure basement room was not even among the pictures of the rooms they present on the booking platform. When I asked the receptionist about the room she argued that this is the room we booked and nothing to be done.

The whole setup and interaction with the receptionist felt like they deliberately did misinform us and since the room was charged one week before our arrival we couldn't do anything but leave if not happy with the conditions they provided.
