A great stay for our turist/Metallica concert trip!
Pros:

The room was very nice, lots of surfaces to store stuff. We liked the bathroom a lot, very functional. The AC was great. There were mosquitoe nets on the windows so we could keep them open also. The bed was very comfy.
The workers were very accommodating. We also liked the parking a lot, it was free and we felt it was safe for the car. The location was great for exploring because there is a tram and bus station right there and it has direct connections to the city center but it's also a quiet area.

Cons:

The breakfast was just okay, not the best value for money.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Worth Returning To
Pros:

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was very easy to find, clearly visible from the road, and the entrance was easily accessible. The location is great, as it is very well connected by public transport (the tram stop is only a two-minute walk away).

A large private parking area is definitely a plus. The room we stayed in was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The TV offered all the apps we needed, which made our stay feel even more homely. The bathroom was also spacious and pleasant, and having a hairdryer available was another nice touch.

Cons:

I believe the breakfast experience could be improved if there were a greater variety of options, perhaps with a small buffet section along part of the counter. The fresh fruit was a big plus, although I personally would have preferred a larger selection of fruit and fewer cold cuts.

While I understand the current concept, I think it might be more practical to serve the cold cuts on a smaller platter, the fruit on a separate one, and perhaps add a few types of cereals or granola, as well as an electric egg cooker. The coffee machine is easy to use, and the lady serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, we would gladly stay here again, although breakfast would probably not be our choice every morning.
