The building in which the apartments are located is rather univiting.
Excellent location, clean room, easy to find apartment thanks to the detailed instructions of the staff. I recommend my stay to other visitors. Keep in mind that the mini-fridge is a bit noisy at night, so bring some earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

The location is great. Surounded by restaurants and bars. It was clean and the staff were very fast to reply to our messages and give us fresh towels as we requested. There were some welcome gifts which was a nice touch. The instructions to get in the room were easy to follow and we got some tips about good restaurants around.
If you're a light sleeper you might have a bit of hard time since because of location there are some noises from street at night.
I expected different building based on boutique hotel name. It's an apartment shaped into hotel rooms in a residential building.

DO NOT STAY HERE
I hope this helps others understand what our experience at this property was really like. We chose this accommodation based on its positive reviews, but what happened was completely unacceptable.
Upon arriving at approximately 4:30 p.m., we found the door to our apartment open and two unknown individuals inside. They claimed to be housekeeping staff; however, one was barefoot and smoking a cigarette inside the apartment. They also had personal belongings, including a large suitcase and clothes hanging on the door. The situation immediately felt suspicious and concerning.
We contacted the host straight away. The person we dealt with, Anna, who identified herself as the Guest Relations Manager, initially told us she would review the CCTV footage. She then sent messages stating there had been an "overbooking" before later changing the explanation and referring to it as a "breach."
A short time later, the police attended the property and confirmed that the two individuals were unauthorised and had illegally gained access to our apartment. While we were there, a neighbour informed us that there had been multiple issues within the building and described ongoing safety concerns.
When Anna arrived, she did not introduce herself, check on our welfare, or offer any reassurance following what had clearly been a distressing incident. We had to approach her ourselves. Her response throughout was cold, dismissive, and lacking any genuine concern for what had happened.
Given the serious security breach, we made it clear that we would not be staying at the property. We were forced to find alternative accommodation at very short notice, which cost significantly more due to the same-day booking. Anna offered us another apartment managed by the same company, but after experiencing such a serious safety issue, we did not feel comfortable accepting.
