Pros:

Anna was so kind, friendly and helpful over WhatsApp, offering suggestions of local restaurants to try, places to see and even leaving a complimentary magnet in the room. The room was in a great location, lovely and clean, perfect for what I needed. The video was really helpful also, showing how to enter the building.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and I really loved it! The only issue was that when I came to drop off my luggage in the morning, there were no lockers available, so I had no choice but to leave my luggage in the hallway.

Единственный минус этого отеля в том, что дальше мне предстоит жить в Амстердаме в условиях сильно хуже и в три раза дороже. В отеле отлично все: расположение в центре, но рядом с домом нет шумных баров и публика приличная, можно пешком дошагать до остановки автобуса 100е от аэропорта у Астории, внутри ремонт психически здорового человека. На 10 квадратных метрах все очень удобно, есть чайник, холодильник, кофеварка,место куда повесить вещи, удобный матрас на втором этаже и даже утюг. Дополнительно: приятные подарочки от отеля, игристое вино, конфеты и магнитик. В комплекте есть даже одноразовые тапочки, за 3 дня проживания сменили полотенца. Рядом туристическое кафе Нью
Йорк, напротив корейский ресторан и Бургер Кинг, в паре минут ходьбы самый большой и недорогой в районе продуктовый Лидл и хорошая прачечная (3 часа без вашего участия и вещи постирают и высушат). Бонус для жителей снг: отопление как дома, а не как в Европе.

Понравилось все, очень комфортное проживание, а за такие деньги тем более. Из нюансов: если душ выключить слишком стремительно, включается верхний тропический душ и обдает холодной водой. Второй ярус под 175 см, если вы выше придется осторожно вставать с дивана. Больше придраться не к чему.
