Sehr kleines Zimmer, man konnte sich fast nicht umdrehen und kein Fön vorhanden bei 4 Sterne Hotel?
Dusche mit Vorhang? Für mich keine 4 Sterne

Sehr freundliches Personal. Schönes Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück.

Pros:

Pomieszczenie na rowery. Umiejscowienie hotelu w samym centrum miasta, bardzo blisko szlaku rowerowego Alpe Adria.Bardzo pomocną obsługa.

Cons:

Brakowało mi jakiejś małej lodówki w pokoju. Jadąc przez Austrię na rowerach było to przydatne w pokojach.

Wohnzimmer-Atmosphäre mitten in Villach und zentral in Kärnten
Pros:

In Erinnerung bleibt die außergewöhnliche Ausstattung des Hotels und nicht so monoton wie in einigen Ketten. Für meinen Geschmack teilweise etwas zu soldatenbetont, aber insgesamt sehr authentisch für die Gegend und zum Wohlfühlen. Ein Highlight war auch die Terrasse im 2. Stock, wo man bei schönem warmen Sommerwetter super draußen sitzen kann.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nur bis 22 Uhr besetzt - hab ich aber grad noch so bis dahin geschafft. :)

Zwangsheizung des Zimmers im Sommer macht Schlaf unmöglich

Die Lage und die Qualität des Frühstücks.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war überheizt, da sich die Fußbodenheizung im Bad nicht regulieren ließ. Durch die sommerlichen Außentemperaturen war es unangenehm warm und stickig. In den Schlaf fanden wir erst in frühen Morgenstunden als der Lärm in der Fußgängerzone nachließ.
Trotz deutlichen Feedbacks am Morgen gab es kein Entgegenkommen beim üppigen Zimmerpreis, der einen fast frechen Hauptsaisonzuschlag beinhaltete.
Hinzu kommt, dass fürs gute Frühstücksbuffet für Kinder ab zehn Jahren der Erwachsenenpreis berechnet wird. Das ist unüblich und nicht gerade familienfreundlich.

Gute Innenstadtlage mit Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr individuelle Zimmer.
Sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer hätten Bad und WC eine bessere Ausstattung verdient (Papiertücher im WC!).

Das Frühstücksangebot war im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotels eingeschränkt.

Das war ein völliges Disaster !
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und die Fahrradgarage mit Ladestation.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 102 war völlig überhitzt! Das Hotel hat keine Möglichkeit die Zimmer zu klimatisieren. Da das Zimmer zur Innenstadt und stark befahrenen Straße ausgerichtet ist war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Ungünstigerweise fand an diesem Abend in der Innenstadt ein Straßenfest statt , der bis spät in die Nacht stattfand . Ich äußerte das dem Hotel! Keine Reaktion! Diese Art mit den Hotelgästen umzugehen, ist eine völlige Enttäuschung
