The price is too high to stay in this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The room was not clean. I found a spider in the bathroom and dust on the bed. Additionally, the room was located besides the highway, so I couldn’t sleep because of the noise of the trucks and cars all night long.

Todo lo que describe hay que restar un 50% de la expectativa
Cons:

La comida no está mal aunque no es la mejor. Los precios son elevados para absolutamente todo. Desde el agua hasta los platos fuertes. Las habitaciones no son insonorizadas por ende se escucha toda la carretera en todo el hotel todo el dia. Deben esforzarse mas en cuidar los detalles. Los juegos de mesa y libros que prestan estan en mal estado. El spa no cumple com lo que ofrece.

El ruido, fui a descansar y el ruido no permite por más de que te den tapaoidos que puedas tener un sueño reparador y siento que esa no es la solución, porque cómo repito no logras descansar

El hotel es bonito, rodeado de naturaleza. El personal y el servicio excelentes, al igual que el restaurante. Se esmeran por la limpieza.

Cons:

Está ubicado al lado de la carretera principal y el agua de la piscina es muy fría. El jacuzzi igualmente tenía el agua fría.

No me gustó los horarios del restaurante ya que lo obligaba uno a cenar muy temprano y el horario de la piscina pienso que debía ser hasta más tarde ya que uno va de vacaciones y espera disfrutar más
