We've stayed a few times and room 103 was the best we've stayed in

Cons:

We had an issue as the kettle sprang a leak which caused a power cut in our room and nobody knew where the fuse box was for our room the manager eventually found it and turned electric back on gave us another kettle but nobody checked the electrics to make sure everything was ok
At the very least we should have been given another room while it was checked

Good location TERRIBLE execution

Nobody seemed to know what to do.
There was no electricity.
The plug in the basin was blocked and wouldnt shift.
The shower was a dribble
We had a problem and rang the wmergency number and no one answered-what happens if there is an emergency who would deal with it?
