Men’s toilets need decorating in bar area
Location was fantastic. We caught the bus right outside to Windsor and walked back. Carvery was really good. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and friendly. Will definitely book again soon.

Went for breakfast at 8.30 and no eggs.......the only negative
The shower door had a massive gap which lead to bathroom flooding when showering. And the glass bottles being thrown away right outside our room was very loud.

The maintenance was poor: the toilet seat was loose, the toilet roll holder was loose, the room lighting was poor.

Old stained carpets, not very welcoming, don’t clean the room, not enough toilet paper,
Our bedroom was light and airy, with plenty of room for our bags & suitcase. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked really well, and with lovely white towels!
More information regarding the breakfasts! There were NO signs telling you where anything was, or how to get hold of fruit or cereal. Everything had to be asked for. Every day we told other guests where everything was, including the tea & coffee. So, please include it in the room information with the menus or have someone on hand to show and help the guests how to obtain their breakfast and what to do.
