酒店非常干净整洁，家庭房房间也很大，地理位置极佳，走200米左右就是非常热闹的街道，性价比极高。

Cons:

住了两晚，两晚都被隔壁的超大声的讲话吵醒，所以可能隔音一般。

Неплохой отель в самом центре
Pros:

Самый центр, очень удобное месторасположение. Персонал старается во всём идти навстречу, завтраки - шведский стол, есть из чего выбрать, голодным не останешься. Централизованная система кондиционирования неплохо работает.

Cons:

Номера очень маленькие. Окна заклеены плёнкой, а если открыть, то очутишься прям перед стройкой, так что считай номер без окон. С чистотой тоже не всё гладко, стаканы были изначально грязные и пока я там жил их так и не помыли.

Pros:

Хороший отель в центре Еревана. На входе идет ремонт улицы. Вид с улицы на отель не очень. Но внутри комфортно. Номера хорошие, завтрак отличный. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Чувствуешь себя как дома.
