Шум с улицы очень мешает((
Pros:

Работают там хорошие люди, приветливые. Размеры комнат хорошие.
Расположение в центре, рядом Таверна Ереван и рынок

Cons:

Я прекрасно понимала, что бронирую недорогой отель. Мебель старенькая и потрепанная, на лестнице отваливаются перила, но отрицательный отзыв оставляю по двум причинам
1. Очень мелкая раковина. Крайне неудобно умываться. Душ без какого-либо бордюра вообще (см. фото) - принял душ = залито все.
2. Отель находится в какой-то низкой точке, где все происходящее на улице слышно с утроенным эхом. А там под окнами автомобильная дорога и стройка недалеко. Каждую машину проезжающую слышишь так, будто лежишь прямо рядом с дорогой(
То есть цель бронирования отеля "просто переночевать" на этом и провалилась

Camera abbastanza pulita e ordinata, wifi funzionante, balcone. Accoglienza gentile, si arrangiano col traduttore

Cons:

Letto piccolo, materasso molto scomodo, doccia da sistemare, il miscelatore rimane in mano, il sostegno della tenda è malmesso per cui tende a cadere. Inglese non parlato. Decisamente caro per quanto offerto e per gli standard locali

Pros:

Просторный и светлый номер, большая удобная кровать, есть холодильник. Хорошее расположение, до центра можно дойти пешком. Большим плюсом для меня стала возможность раннего заселения в 10.00.

Cons:

Окна номера выходили на проспект, поэтому было довольно шумно. В ванной комнате не закрывалось окно, а металлические жалюзи на нём также невозможно было закрыть. Учитывая, что номер находится на первом этаже, это очень некомфортно и небезопасно. Нормально принять душ, сохранив приватность, было сложно.

В целом отель и номера уже требуют ремонта. Для короткой остановки на одну-две ночи вариант приемлемый, но для длительного проживания я бы его не выбрала.

Soggiorno pratico in centro città.
Pros:

L' aria condizionata funzionava bene e la camera aveva un balcone con la possibilità di stare fuori e mettere ad asciugare gli asciugamani fuori. C'era un bel divano dove si poteva stare seduti o sdraiati.

Cons:

Il bagno era piccolo e scomodo, il letto era vecchio.

Pros:

They let me park in front of the building, they understand a little bit of english

Cons:

The room was noisy. The bathroom wasnt clean enough (the curtain had black stains all over it).
My bed was hard.

Pros:

Удобное расположение, чистая комната, кондиционер работает.

Cons:

Очень неудобная ванная - негде расположить полотенца, принадлежности. И впервые столкнулись с тем, что когда попросили оставить вещи после того как выехали из номера, чтобы не таскаться с ними по городу, нам сказали, что эта услуга платная. Зашли в ближайшее кафе, там наши вещи без проблем оставили.

Pros:

Удобное расположение для посещения музея Сергея Параджанова.

Cons:

В душе старое оборудование, нет крючка для полотенца, не удобно при приеме душа. Мебель старая, но кровать удобная.
Окна выходят на дорогу все время шум.

Nice staff, okay location, small hotel.

Cons:

Several bad points - The drains were blocked in the bathroom and the water took ages going down. Small and dingy bathroom. The owners I believe play sound out loud on their phones late at night and we can hear it in the room upstairs! Very annoying. Please don’t do that. Rooms are quite old. Also old mattress. Not the best value for money.

Verwacht geen luxe maar wel een ruime kamer en fijne locatie heel dichtbij het centrum
Pros:

Een hele ruime kamer, wel gedateerd maar hoort ook wel een beetje bij het pand en het land vind ik.
Altijd iemand aanwezig.
Locatie is hartstikke centraal.

Cons:

Wel aangegeven op de site maar toch vervelend vind ik om je overnachtingen cash af te rekenen.
Gelukkig toch opgelost.
De metalen springveren in het matras waren nauwelijks te ontwijken bij het in bed liggen.

Pros:

Очень доброжелательный хозяин, встретил нас в 9 утра, помог поднять чемоданы. В номере на втором этаже есть балкон. Расположение отличное, рядом есть таверна (уточните расположение у хозяина), где готовят очень вкусный шашлык. Вся посуда и столовые приборы у администратора внизу, не бойтесь спрашивать. Вид на Арарат!

Cons:

Номер меньше, чем показалось на фотографии, для двоих было не совсем удобно.
