Great hotel, rooms are lovely and modern lovely big window with lots of light. Bathrobe and slippers included for the spa. The spa you have to pay extra but definitely worth it , the best spa we have been to has multiple pools steam rooms and is huge , even have a shower with an exfoliant scrub you can use. The rooftop pool is lovely however hardly any chairs and is chilly with the wind.
The only restaurant is in the library and the menu personally I would say is limited however the spa has a cafe which has much better choices for lunch such as salads, sandwiches cakes etc

My only negative in the room is that the only plug socket was one in the corner of the room which wasn’t near a mirror and no plugs near bed.

Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return

The staff! Everyone was so lovely and really went out of their way to help me with everything. They were very friendly and always smiling and saying hello, and not in a superficial annoying way! The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The room cleaning occurred seamlessly with nobody ever once knocking on my door whilst I was in bed, which I appreciated as a late sleeper. The location was only a 10 minute walk from the town centre and the lake but completely peaceful and serene with beautiful views from the rooftop pool/jacuzzi at sunset that were very relaxing. The weather was warm but I never had to worry about aircon as the room temperature stayed consistent 24/7 and dead silent. The discounted spa access was great and I spent hours there every day as it was huge with numerous pools and saunas to rotate through at your leisure, including the rooftop infinity thermal bath overlooking the whole of Zurich. It's hard for me to think of anything negative to say about the hotel. I was hesitant to book as the room photos didn't jump out at me but having stayed there now I can understand the high ratings. I would 100% visit this hotel any time I return to Zurich. The highlight for me was definitely the staff who were all just very lovely people, at the end of the day this something that is very difficult to convey on a website but it really makes the stay. Thank you, I hope I will be back soon!

This is a lovely boutique hotel experience. Friendly staff, large, well-designed rooms that feel open and airy and chic. It was a nice change from tighter, more cramped hotels in Europe. Great value for what you pay. I was traveling solo and I felt safe, welcomed, and it is at the top of a hill, so it provides a peaceful respite without being TOO removed from the city. Food is great and loved the library bar!

Excellent stay at this unique hotel in a former brewery building. Reception staff were excellent both before and during our stay with helpful directions and restaurant recommendations. Waiting staff were also very attentive. Room was spacious and comfortable. Open-plan shower area in our room was not to our taste but no big deal. The Library room was very atmospheric and had great selections each day for buffet breakfast. Menu choice for dinner was restricted but we eat there the first night after travelling all day and the food was very acceptable. Hotel is located a bit away from the city centre in a quieter neighbourhood but is well-served by both rail and tram lines with stops only a short walk away. Recommended.

Best hotel that i am repeater. I love design of room type suite. I love service mind of all staff. I love to access to Hurlimann Spa and very comfortable and relax.

Très bon hotel, nous y étions pour la seconde fois. La chambre était confortable, le personnel accueillant, seul petit bémol, un peu stressé à certains moments.

Wunderbares Frühstück. Wir haben mit unseren Trauzeugen in Zürich geheiratet und alle haben uns so bei den Vorbereitungen und am Tag selbst mit der Organisation geholfen. Auch unsere Suite war für die Hochzeit dekoriert, ein Kärtchen mit guten Wünschen lag bereit und ein Sekt war kalt gestellt, wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut ! Wir kommen wieder.
