Important information:

Please note that the Uetliberg is car-free. Cars can be parked free of charge in Uitikon Waldegg (Birmensdorferstrasse 12, 8142 Uitikon). From there you need to walk 10 minutes to the train station.

The S-Bahn train ("Uetlibergbahn") leaves every half hour from track 21/22 at Zurich Main Station. A 10-minute walk takes you from the end station Uetliberg to the hotel. Upon request your luggage (or guests with mobility problems) will be picked up at the Uetliberg station. In this case, please inform the hotel 24 hours before your arrival.

The first train from Uetliberg leaves at 6:55 and the last train from the Main Station to Uetliberg leaves at 23:05.

The sauna can be used free of charge.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Ein erholsamer toller Aufenthalt den wir sehr genossen haben!!
Pros:

Die Aussicht und die Umgebung sind traumhaft. Der Wellnessbereich mit Dampfbad, Sauna und Kühlraum ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend! Die Dusche im Bad hat ordentlich Druck und die vorhandenen Seifen, Shampoos und Cremes riechen wunderbar. Beim Frühstück gab es eine eher kleine Auswahl, aber alles war sehr lecker. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg und ist am besten mit dem Zug zu erreichen, allerdings ist alles in Zürich im Vergleich zu Deutschland sehr teuer und man sollte sich mit dem ÖPNV vorher ein wenig auseinandersetzen :)

Cons:

Ich musste erst mal verschiedenste Insekten von Mücken bis Stinkwanzen aus dem Zimmer und Bad befördern. Auf dem Balkon konnte man aufgrund von Wespen kaum Essen, gleiches gilt für den Außenbereich beim Frühstück. Beim einchecken wurde eine Kreditkarte gefordert, dies hätte vorher kommuniziert werden sollen. Es stand im Raum das wir nicht einchecken können. Es ging dann doch, wir mussten nur die Kurtaxe vorab entrichten.

Must go to if you're visiting Zurich, and I recommend booking an outside table at their restaurant.
Pros:

Best view over Zurich, especially from the restaurant.

Prachtig uitzicht maar met heet weer is het daar niet te doen
Pros:

Het was 37 graden en zelfs met ventilator niet te doen. De ramen kon je niet openen ivm de vele wespen. Ook
Eten was niet te doen met de wespen.

Cons:

Geen airco en dan is het gewoon te heet daar.

Signs are confusing and not in English
Staff are argumentative and after 20min uphill walk, argue about the massive difference between the advertised room photos and the actual room views.
At the end of the day you want to stay in the place due to nice location and views rather than a wall 50cm from your window.
They offered to upgrade the room at the cost and finally changes the room after 1.5hr.

Cons:

В комнате предполагался чайник, на самом деле кофеварка. Окно выходит на задний двор, и мимо ходят люди. Приходится закрывать окно шторой при свете дня. Назвать уборкой нельзя, меняет только полотенца и выбрасывает мусор.Завтрак стоит 27 евро и крайне скудный ассортимент, из всех блюд реален омлет и небольшая нарезка, йогурт не вкусный, сладкое только круассаны, и фруктов три апельсина. И это за такую цену! Самый главный "сюрприз" предполагался напоследок. Без всякого предупреждения заставили заплатить 87 евро налога. И это при цене 150 евро за ночь. Про высокие ступеньки вгору тоже никто не предупреждал, была указана 10 мин дорога в гору и все. Цена за три ночи и качество отдыха несоответсвуют вообще. Самый неприятный отдых в нашей жизни!

Super - wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage und der Ausbau sind super
Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Bei der Reception liess man uns warten und es war sehr heiss. Ich würde noch Läden montieren, damit am Morgen die Sonne nicht voll reinscheint und aufheizt.
