Important information:

Please note that the Uetliberg is car-free. Cars can be parked free of charge in Uitikon Waldegg (Birmensdorferstrasse 12, 8142 Uitikon). From there you need to walk 10 minutes to the train station.

The S-Bahn train ("Uetlibergbahn") leaves every half hour from track 21/22 at Zurich Main Station. A 10-minute walk takes you from the end station Uetliberg to the hotel. Upon request your luggage (or guests with mobility problems) will be picked up at the Uetliberg station. In this case, please inform the hotel 24 hours before your arrival.

The first train from Uetliberg leaves at 6:55 and the last train from the Main Station to Uetliberg leaves at 23:05.

The sauna can be used free of charge.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Bom, mas caro.
Pros:

Quarto é bom, apenas o chuveiro é um pouco ruim de utilizar. Vista linda.

Cons:

No anúncio dizia café da manhã incluso, chegando lá descobrimos q era 25CHF por pessoa por dia. Bem caro para um café da manhã.

Beautiful but leaves abit to be wanted.
Pros:

Location was breathtakingly beautiful. Easily one of the most scenic and naturally beautiful places we have stayed.

Cons:

No air conditioning in room which forced us to keep windows open. Asked for a fan but never received though wouldn't have made much of difference.
The main problem was the nosie, had to go to reception to complain. Nosie easily disturbed three nights sleep that we had there including one gentleman howling at 2am.
We did receive a partial refund but would have preferred the nights' sleep.

Great views, tidy rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast was good.
Pros:

Views were great. Staff were great. Rooms clean.

Cons:

After day 1, the incline walk to the hotel was tedious. You have to pay for the train / train pass to get here. No passes or discounts are given.

Never again in this hotel .

The building has a really stinky smell in the corridors , the hotel charged my card 100 CHF just five minutes after i left WITHOUT my authorization and they only recognized that it was by mistake when we call them and then they refunded ( refund was less than the amount they took and when we complained they say Call your bank !!!!!! ) , till now my refund has not been received and it is me who has to follow up for there mistake .

Pros:

Die Lage, mit wunderschöner Aussicht und das Personal waren sehr schön.

Cons:

Da es auch ein Touristenhotspot ist, ist es sehr unruhig und teilweise sehr trubelig. Somit wird man im Sommer bei offenem Fenster mit den ersten Besuchern geweckt.

Ausblick schön, aber nicht zum Übernachten geeignet.

Der Ausblick ist super!

Cons:

Es wurde mit einem Upgrade auf Panorama Suiten beworben. Plötzlich waren es nur noch Zimmer. Wir waren bei 35 Grad da, alles ohne Klimaanlage und ab 8.00 pralle Sonne. Die Zimmer lagen direkt an der Straße und es war sehr belebt, so das man noch spät nachts Personen quatschten hörte. Die Anfahrt mit Koffer ist eine Unverschämtheit, während Angestellte spaßeshalber hochfahren, sind wir mit Koffer hochgewandert! Wir hatten ihn sogar nach dem Weg gefragt, natürlich nahm er uns nicht mit in seinem Volvo. Never again.
Für Englischsprachige eine Zumutung.

Rundum sorglos und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade zu einer Suite bekommen, das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage hervorragend und das Frühstück sehr gut.
