Pros:

The guest house was contactless, but other facilities such as the kitchen, washrooms, and overall cleaning were very good.

Cons:

There was no in person support for any query or emergency, nobody was acquainted with surrounding facilities.

Not much to like at all.

Cons:

The person that responded to my messages was rude and not very helpful. No parking without paying for a parking garage which should be mentioned in the listing but more importantly the person answering messages should at least know how to direct you to a nearby parking garage. When I asked the response was "I don't know". I asked if we could get extra pillows as I need them for medical reasons and the only response I got was "Really!"

There is no air conditioning and the shape of the building blocks good airflow. The "bed" was a 4" thick pad on top of a solid wooden base. The pillow that were provided seem like they are 10 years old. They are very thin and worn out.

Easy going and relatively cost effective stay with a tram line nearby heading to the city centre
Pros:

Affordable for Zurich, I could host some friends for a table games night in the kitchen.

Für uns war die Lage mitten in Höngg entscheidend.

Cons:

Das Haus liegt direkt and der Hauptverkehrsachse mit Tramlinie und daher nicht gerade ruhig.

Es hat eine Steckdose, entweder kann der Ventilator oder der Kühlschrank eingesteckt werden. Dazu wsr es heiss, eigentlich schade dass es keine klima gibt.

Cons:

Stuhl kaputt. SEHR kleines Zimmer. Sehr laut durch Verkehr & Straßenbahn. Nur Gemeinschaftsbad.

Gute Lage, hat alles was man braucht. Auf allen Etagen mind 1x Bad vorhanden teils WC separat, damit bei belegtem Badezimmer ausgewichen werden kann.

Cons:

Warmes Zimmer, Ventilator vorhanden, aber nur mit dem Vorhang ohne Rolläden heiz es tagsüber recht auf. War aber auch 30Grad am Tag
