J’ai tout aimé, je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Honnêtement, j’ai été agréablement surpris, car je ne m’attendais pas à ce que l’hôtel soit aussi bien pour ce prix. La chambre était très jolie et très calme, il n’y avait presque aucun bruit. La salle de bain était très bien et très propre, et la cuisine était magnifique. Dans l’ensemble, l’ambiance était vraiment très agréable. J’espère pouvoir y revenir bientôt !

Ich habe bereits mehrfach Kontakt mit Ihnen aufgenommen, aber bis heute wurde mir der Betrag nicht zurückerstattet. Ich bitte Sie daher, den Vorgang dringend zu prüfen.

Bitte teilen Sie mir schriftlich mit:

ob die Rückerstattung bereits angewiesen wurde,

wann genau die Rückzahlung erfolgt ist bzw. erfolgen wird,

und wann ich mit dem Eingang des Geldes auf meinem Konto rechnen kann.

Sollte die Rückerstattung bereits durchgeführt worden sein, bitte ich um einen entsprechenden Zahlungsnachweis bzw. eine Transaktionsnummer.

Ich bitte um eine schnelle Klärung, da ich bereits mehrfach wegen dieser Angelegenheit Kontakt aufgenommen habe.

Nur Ärger, Zimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht aber nicht bekommen ohne Entschädigung

Schönes kleines Zimmer in einem Altbau

Cons:

Nicht zu empfehlen für kurze Aufenthalte in dehnen man tatsächlich etwas machen will in Zürich. Der Eintritt ins Zimmer kann nicht zur gebuchten und bezahlten Zeit gewährlestet werden! Viel bezahlt für viel Zeitverschwendung

Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber ist quasi nicht existent.

Das Zimmer wurde für zwei Tage gebucht.
Aus persönlichen Gründen konnte ich erst am zweiten Tag anreisen.

An diesem Tag war mein Zimmer nocht nicht bereitgestellt und ich musste mehrere Stunden warten bis ich erstmal eine Antwort vom Vermieter erhalten habe.

Ich habe jetzt fast 2 Monate später keine ordentliche Rückerstattung oder Entschädigung erhalten

Auch von Booking kommt keine Reaktion auf das Problem.
In der Antwort vom Support wurde geschrieben, das auf eine Stellungnahme des Eigentümers gewartet wird, dieser aber noch nicht geantwortet hat.
Dies bestätigt mir das selbe Problem welches ich habe...
Boocking ist das anscheinend egal was sehr traurig ist wie da offenbar mit dem Kunden umgegangen wird.

- Shower curtain was to long make it to measure so you do not have to stand on it
- need more electricity point to ply in chargers
