Yastıklar çok aşırı inceydi. İlave yastık ya da daha kalın yastık ile değişim yapılmasını defalarca istememe rağmen yastık verilmedi. Oda 3 gün boyunca temizlenmedi. Çöp kovası taştı ama yüne de 3 gün boşaltılmadı.
Akşamları bardaki çalışanlar istedikleri gibi belirli olmayan saatlerde barı kapattıklarını söyleyip, istemediklerinde satış yapmadılar.

Pros:

Sessiz, sakin, temiz ve konforlu bir tesisti. Benim için en önemli kriterlere sahipti. Büyük pencereleri odanın ferah olmasını sağlıyor, odanın aydınlık olması benim için çok önemli. Ortak kullanım alanı olan mutfakta, ekmek kızartma makinesine kadar her şey var.

Pros:

Хотелът е разположен на известно разстояние от центъра на Цюрих. Наложи се да използваме трамвай и градско влакче, за да се придвижваме от центъра до там и обратно. На партера има кухня, в която гостите може да си приготвят храна. Стаите са със семпъл дизайн, чисти. В близост има пекарни, закусвални и хранителен магазин Spar, което е предимство.

Cons:

Щорите бяха външни, и само с централно управление. От стаята нямаше как да ги вдигаме или сваляме. Това повлия на гледката от самата стая.
