La struttura si presenta molto bene, moderna, con un bel giardino tropicale e piscina. Dall'hotel si raggiunge la spiaggia camminando circa 10 minuti. Il personale non parla inglese ma è davvero gentile e disponibile, ci hanno fornito tutto quello che abbiamo richiesto in poco tempo. Dietro l'hotel c'è un 7eleven ben fornito, anche di frutta fresca. La stanza climatizzata è davvero una manna con il caldo di Acapulco!
La suite che ho prenotato delude un po' le aspettative, le altre camere più economiche sembrano più belle, solo questa suite all'attico ha molto più spazio (un piccolo appartamento). Pulizia generale purtroppo molto scarsa. Per tutta la notte si sentiva un rumore costante di un macchinario provenire dal tetto, rendendo difficile dormire per chi ha il sonno leggero. Inoltre, i letti sono molto corti.

Very good place to stay without noise, staff was very helpful just regret that doesn't speak English. Rooms are big and all with balcony on swim poll view.
Me gustó mucho la atención y que todo estaba muy limpio
Que la cama y el sillón eran lo mismo, después de un rato de estar sentado en esos cojines si esta incómodo
No me gustó que las mesas y sillas no tuvieran gomas en las patas y al moverlas hacían mucho ruido contra la loseta.

Muy buen espacio del PH 1, cero ruido y con todo lo necesario. Una alberca limpia y de buen tamaño. El personal súper atento y amable. Es un lugar perfecto para descansar y pasar un buen rato.
