Pros:

En realidad no es un hotel al uso, como tal. El personal muy bien en la atención. Muy bien la limpieza y el mantenimiento en general.

Cons:

Mala ubicación. Tienes que hacer todo en la habitación, desayunar, cenar. Es como algo surrealista en donde todo está bien pero no puedes salir de tu habitación a cenar en el restaurante que dicen que tienen pero en realidad todo es servicio a la habitación. Nos gusta socializar, ver a otras personas, en este pseudo hotel no se puede. Estás circunscripto a tu habitación. Nosotros fuimos(EQUIVOCADAMENTE) por muchos días, pensando que Santorini era espectacular. Nada. Mucho mejor MYKONOS, hotelería, negocios. Si agregas que en esta isla cada 3 días hay 5 de viento insoportable, coche obligado si quieres ir a alguna playa, hicimos una pésima elección.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the private, personalized, and attentive service. If you’re looking for peace and privacy away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia, this is the perfect place to stay.

The private taxi transfers arranged by the hotel were excellent. The drivers were always kind, professional, and made us feel safe throughout our stay.

The breakfast was generous, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality food. We also enjoyed the overall dining experience.

The hotel is about 20–40 minutes by car from Fira and Oia, depending on traffic, making it a quiet retreat while still being within easy reach of the island’s main attractions. Having a car is recommended, as there are some excellent restaurants nearby, including Misteli.

The owners mentioned that they are planning to add a gym and spa in the future, which will make this hotel even more perfect. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and private Santorini experience.

Pros:

O hotel é ótimo. A grande estrela são os funcionários. Atenciosos, cuidadosos e realmente preocupados com os hóspedes. Isso faz toda a diferença. Nem precisava citar o delicioso café da manhã, a piscina aquecida, a deslumbrante vista da caldeira e o conforto do quarto.

An experience that exceeded every expectation

There is only one correct answer to staying in Santorini and that is Phos

Usually we would never write a review but for this hotel, this experience,we couldn’t just pass the opportunity to write what everyone needs to see

Our stay at Phos was an unforgettable experience that felt so special from the moment we entered, Katerina was so warm and welcoming with exceptional professionalism that continued throughout the whole stay. She became our main point of contact, handling our transportation needs and more.

The attention to detail was admirable, any request was catered for, a special thank you to the staff George, Panos and Kostas who handled everything with care which by the end of the stay the bond of friendship was created.

The breakfast was incredible every morning without fail, a perfectly curated menu that felt authentic.

The hotel in itself was breathtaking, so private and so romantic with a beautiful view of the caldera. It was truly an unforgettable experience staying here and we can’t wait to one day return and enjoy the magic of this place again.

A dream hotel in Santorini!! It’s hard to explain how beautiful the rooms are and what an amazing experience we had. The hotel is built on the cliffside overlooking Santorini’s breathtaking Caldera, the view from the room, the balcony, and even straight from the bed feels like a postcard.
The room is huge, elegantly designed, with a super comfortable bed. Outside, there's a dream terrace with a shaded seating area right next to a warm infinity pool looking out at the view.

To add to that, the staff goes above and beyond to help with absolutely everything, from restaurant recommendations and local tips to arranging a perfect in-room massage. The breakfast is on a level I’ve never experienced before, with varying menu by day, served directly to your room on a tray every morning. The team constantly checks in to make sure everything is perfect, always available yet completely non-intrusive.
For those looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, away from the bustling crowds but only a 25-minute drive from the center. Highly recommended! (rental car is convenient).

Last, special thanks for taking care of our anniversary celebration with a beautiful setup of roses, candles, lovely card and a flower bouquet. Wow!!!"
