Perfect location for West Lake
Pros:

The location was great. It’s super close to the Metro Station Fengqi Road Exit D3 with elevator. The staff was great and gave us a free upgrade for the room. The room was cozy, modern and big enough for 2 person with big luggage. It’s also very close to west lake and the attractions. Wulin Night market was just a short walk away!

The staff was helpful.
Pros:

Cleanses,good breakfast

Cons:

The front was not secure traffic was terrible in front of the building and reception was on 5th floor.The staff was not English speaking but they were trying their best.

Top class hotel with good facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is 20 meters from the Metro and many places can be reached easily. The room was good. Breakfast was very good - Chinese and western foods on offer. Staff were extremely helpful and supportive especially when I lost my wallet and they helped to locate taxi drivers etc. Excellent location. Hotel is recommended.

Decent stay with great location for good price in a big city
Pros:

Good location near the West Lake, good price for such a big city and breakfast was decent, based on a Western European breakfast taste

Cons:

Just an average hotel, nothing special. You hear the road a bit in your room. Also the toilet did not flush properly for many times, although the hotel staff managed to fix it each time Quickly

Nice stay close to metro
Pros:

We had a nice stay in Ebo hotel. The breakfast was fine. The location perfect ,right by the metro. The standard of the hotel was fine, enough for 2 nights stay. The staff super friendly and helpful.

Great value for money hotel near West Lake
Pros:

Great little hotel. Modern and contemporary and very clean. Breakfasts were very extensive with lots of choices. Nice central location which allowed us to explore West Lake.

Cons:

It would have been great if the bar had been open for drinks (it always appeared to be closed).
