Budget hotel with parking near the Messe
Pros:

Conveniently located near the Messe for those attending trade fairs. Munich city center is also relatively quick to reach by public transport. The breakfast selection is limited, but overall the breakfast is good. There are shopping centers nearby.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small; it was difficult to fit two suitcases. Towel replacement and cleaning could have been better.
