Good breakfast, great location
The bathroom glass door meant during the night when someone used the bathroom the whole room lit up - also the cubicles in the bathroom were tight. Toilet was higher than normal, shower pressure was weak and no support rail in shower. Didn't like the doors into the cubicles either
Breakfast was great! Room was clean & nice!! Really good for the price!! Staff was amazing!!
Bathroom sink kept clogging
Total 100% rating in Service, Facility, Location and Amenities. The Staff are extremely polite and helpful specially to my kids. We loved the rooms with access door in the middle that gives us privacy and the price is affodable.
This hotel is highly recommended. We will surely come back again.
Safe pick up and drop off point for Uber or DiDi
The breakfast was excellent. If you couldn't find something you liked that is on you. This place was perfect for the business traveler or tourist. The rooms were of a very good size and were very well-maintained.

Fourth stay at Voco — last time was two years ago — and the hotel still feels fresh and well looked after. Our room was clean, cosy, and had a gorgeous view.
We paid early checked in much easier with our young kid. Breakfast Buffet, Barista Coffee, you must try.
The front desk experience wasn’t as warm or informative as before. I’ve feedback to the front desk team.
We used the laundry service. The front desk called to advise when the items had been returned, which was appreciated.
The differing levels - reception is on level 2. You have a choice of stairs or a lift from ground to level 2.
The location, the rooms with middle door to access to the next room, and the staff are polite and helpful.
No place for uber/Didi pick up.
Wonderful hotel - rooms very comfortable and well designed. I was able to get an early check in which I really appreciated after a long flight. Good breakfast and location
