Great value in a prime location.
Pros:

Great location in the centre of the CBD, great views of the city, super clean room, shower gels & soaps in the bathroom were lovely, breakfast was great.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard/small for me, but not certainly far from awful - just not to my preference. No other complaints.

Wonderful accommodation and we will stay there on our next trip to Auckland.

Close to downtown, great breakfast, very accommodating staff.

Cons:

The two entrances were a bit confusing. It was disappointing not to have onsite parking for a vehicle for a long stay.

Amazing views!
Pros:

Excellent stay overnight.
Very clean, comfortable, and our room had the best view of the sky tower and the harbour.
Very friendly, helpful and approachable staff at front desk.
Very happy with our stay thanks Voco.

Cons:

We had an issue with using the aircon but this was resolved quickly with the help of the staff.
