Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Zimmer sehr schön und die Betten bequem

Cons:

Leider war es sehr warm und wir hatten keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Da das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof liegt, konnte man die Balkontür nicht aufmachen, es war einfach zu laut.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, unser Zimmer war sehr schön, die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in einem Raum abstellen.

sehr freundliches Personal, alle haben sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. gutes Frühstück und sehr gutes Abendessen a la carte.

Great hotel with everything you need.

The employees were super nice, the room thoughtfully designed and had everything I needed. Great hotel in Muster

Cons:

It’s only a few small things that if improved would make it perfect but not a big deal: The bathroom light and ventilation took a while to turn off. Also being in Mustér it would be great if instructions were also in Rumansh as a local touch. And it would be useful if next to the trays to leave the boots outside of the door there were stools or chairs to take them on and off easier.

perfekter, schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das Essen im eigenen Restaurant war sehr gut. Die Bedienung ausgesprochen nett.

Tolle Unterkunft - sollte ich mal wieder hinkommen, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder da übernachten!
Pros:

Das von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Hotelier im Familienbetrieb geführte Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Früstück absolut in Ordnung und das ganze zu einem fairen Preis! Im hoteleigenen Restaurant habe ich sehr gut gegessen!

Good place to break journey across the alps
Pros:

Good value and easy location when arriving by train. Friendly staff, dinner in restaurant was also very tasty. View from window of the mountains very nice. Single room was small and slightly quirky (toilet and shower were effectively in cupboards next to each other, sink separate again)

Cons:

TV reception very limited - it barely worked at all. Internet also a bit patchy and dropped out a couple of times
