Klimaanlage am Zimmer
Geräumiges Zimmer
Extrem schalldichte Fenster (Hotel liegt zwischen 2 Durchzugsstrassen!)
Einzigartiger Service im Restaurant, sehr gutes Essen
Aufmerksamer Service beim Frühstück

Cons:

Rezeption nicht kundenorientiert bzw nicht auf Einzelgäste fokussiert

a pleasant hotel for a business trip
Pros:

very nice restaurant

Cons:

No real glass glasses in the room, only a plastic one in the bathroom.
Although the room was clean and comfortable, the lack of any pictures on the walls gave a rather sterile feeling

Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt. Auch super, dass es einen Parkplatz gibt. Das Zimmer war super und sauber. Und ein ganzes großes Lob an die Küche. Die Kochen hervorragend. Speisekarte perfekt.

Cons:

Alles gut! Kann nichts aussetzen.

Ruhige harmonische tage, mit allem was dazu gehört. Prima Frühstück.
Pros:

Wundervolles Frühstück in eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Sehr nette Bedinung. Check-in unproblematisch. Gene wieder.

Wunderbares Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Ich habe sogar ohne Probleme auf ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Berge wechseln können . Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt sogar Lachs und viel frische Früchte .
Es sind ca 1000m bis zur zum wunderschönen Marktplatz mit der Sankt Martins Kirche und tollen Restaurants. Einfach ganz wunderbar alles . Für mich war es das 2. Mal und ich komme gerne wieder.

Definitely will stay here again!
Pros:

The location and cleanliness of the room. The staff were superb! Petina came to our room to see about our tv not working and made us last minute reservations at the restaurant up at The Karen and when we got back she had a note on the door stating our tv was fixed. She is amazing!!

Cons:

The only thing was at night I did get too warm with the heavy blanket on the bed.

Sehr gute Hotel
Pros:

Zimmer sehr schön mit ausreichend Platz in Schrank und genügend Ablagen.

Cons:

Lage ist neben dem Krankenhaus und an der Hauptstraße. Die Fenster sind aber gut schallisoliert.
Badewanne, da ich Duschen bevorzuge.

Die Lage ist für uns Top da wir schnell dort ankommen wo wir hin wollten - Frühstück war super

Dieses Mal bekam ich ein super Zimmer komisch war dass wir alles einen anderen Preis hatten und leider ging absolut kein licht ist so für mich kein Problem technische Probleme können immer auftreten aber ein Preisnachlass wär hier angemessen gewesen aber darauf wurde absolut nicht reagiert der Fehler konnte auch nicht gleich behoben werden somit verlies ich dass Zimmer ohne Licht ich denke Duschen usw ohne Licht macht niemanden Spaß

Leider war es nicht möglich als Hausgast ein Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant zu bekommen. Ich hätte es auch akzeptiert, wenn ich das Essen in einem anderen nicht Restaurantraum bekommen hätte. So musste ich leider, obwohl das Restaurant offen und voll reserviert war auswärts Abendessen gehen, und das nach einem langen Messetag. das ist nicht schön.
Grundsätzlich habe ich das Hotel deswegen gebucht, dass ich nach einem langen Arbeitstag am Abend ein gutes Essen bekomme.
