Beliggenheten til hotellet er helt topp, og det er egentlig det eneste store pluss. Hvis du derimot forventer at grunnleggende ting som dusj og bad fungerer som de skal, ville jeg valgt et annet hotell.
Badet var i svært dårlig stand, og dusjen fungerte ikke tilfredsstillende. Det trekker opplevelsen kraftig ned, fordi dette er noe man må kunne forvente når man bor på hotell.
Skal du kun ha et sted med god beliggenhet kan dette fungere, men er du opptatt av komfort og et fungerende bad, anbefaler jeg å styre unna.
I tillegg var rommet og badet svært skitten når vi sjekket inn

Hotellet ligger nærmest på stranden ved den gamle by mellem Ponoemte og Levante stranden
Gyönyörű helyen van, minden fontosabb hely sétatávolságra elérhető, a kilátás csodás az erkélyről, a reggeli finom, a klíma hideg és az ágyak kényelmesek.
A takarítás nem alapos, tiszta homok volt minden takarítás után is közvetlenül, nem kaptunk elég törölközőt.A szoba előtt nagy volt a hangzavar, hajnali 2-kor jöttek takarítani, nehéz volt emiatt aludni. Csatornaszag jött fel gyakran, valami dugulási hiba miatt, ami nagyban rontja az élményt. A hotel alatti étteremben ezért nagy teljesítményű ventilátorral legyezik a szagokat, de ez még kiábrándítóbb. A zuhanyzóból pedig a gégecső mellett ömlik a víz.
El sitio está de 10. La playa está tan cerca que tardas más en bajar en ascensor que en llegar a la playa. El desayuno muy rico y variado (sobre todo por el precio no se puede pedir más). La ubicación está genial, no solo por la playa, sino porque estás en el centro y el barrio viejo está al lado. El personal es súper amable y encantador, es que no podría decir qué chico de los tres turnos es más majo, porque todos son geniales. La habitación amplia, limpia, con una bonita terracita con vistas a la playa... Y además, posee un animal mitológico fascinante llamado "persianas", que para los que no podemos dormir con luz es una fantasía. Si algún día vuelvo a Benidorm sin duda me hospedaré aquí.
No creo que sea algo para descartar el hotel, pero si tienes movilidad reducida, creo que es interesante que lo comentes, porque al último piso no accede el ascensor. Pero vaya, que hay 5 pisos enteros a los que sí llega el ascensor y, además, la entrada tiene un salvaescaleras y el comedor no tiene escalones de acceso.
