Excellent. Great location, very comfy and clean.
Pros:

The room was very modern and new and a lovely stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great location in the heart of town.

Cons:

The only thing I would say but isn't a big thing was there is no lift especially with luggage but they did offer to help carry luggage

Cosy stay
Pros:

The hotel was located in a central location and we were easily able to walk to restaurants we wanted to go to for dinner or the local grocery store. The room was beautifully decorated and gave a really warm feeling, the bed was super comfortable and the little kitchenette was great.

JOYFUL
Pros:

Honestly, travel the world and I think this is the best (hands down) hotel that I have stayed in. What an exceptionally thoughtful and beautiful bedroom. Everything has its place and the linen on the bed and in the bathrooms are beautiful including all of the touchpoints like the Nespresso coffee machine, Whittaker's chocolates, Water etc. This would absolutely compete if not beat any 5 star hotel globally and all in 'little old Blenheim'. Well done 14th Lane

Lovely, hip hotel in a great location!
Pros:

The hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I loved the hip decor, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the comfy bed. This is a cool, modern place to stay, and I would've loved to have had the opportunity to stay more than one night.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no elevator. We had a couple of heavy suitcases that were cumbersome and difficult to get up and down stairs. There was a staff member available to help get them upstairs, but we left early the next morning and had to get them downstairs on our own.
