Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and it is rasulu seen that every detail is taken care of. The guest is definitely in the first place here. The place exudes peace and this is the right place to escape from the city and enjoy nature. We are very satisfied iIt is spectacular! Not to mention artistic show on every wall! The plantings are incredible!

Pre svega osoblje je toliko srdacno i ljubazno uvek sa osmehom, dobili smo kasno odjavljivanje poklon gratis masazu i na odjavi flasu vina. Mali znaci paznje mnogo znace. Sto se tice samog hotela usluga, hrana, spa, higijena nemam reci na toliko visokom nivou. Topla preporuka od srca zaista. Mi smo za dva dana toliko odmorili napunili se pozitivne energije teska srca otisli. Ali radujemo se ponovnom dolasnu vrlo brzo.

lepo i fino ali ne opravdava u potpunosti odnos cene i sadržaja koje nudi hotel

Cons:

slab izbor i los kvalitt spa sauna, kultura ljudi koji ulaze u saune sa malom decom i obučeni u kupaćim kostimima. Mogla bi biti bolja kontrola upotrebe sauna.

Pros:

A large high-level hotel, located in a nature reserve. Two spas, sauna, massage, billiards, table tennis and much more. Delicious food. Absolute silence, it is possible to ride a bike. The attention from the staff was excellent - they congratulated me on my Birthday with a cake and presented a bottle of wine. It is possible to stay with pets without additional charges and a list of conditions. Clean, cozy, no one bothers anyone.

Отличный отель для релакса
Pros:

Красивые виды, вокруг горы и лес, приятно гулять. Спа комплекс хороший и чистый, персонал супер приветливый и быстро выполняет просьбы. Еда вкусная, разнообразная, как в ресторане пансиона, так и а-ля карт, но цены в ресторане а-ля карт завешены. В не сезон людей не много, что тоже плюс) В целом отдых был очень приятный и даже мелочи не сделали его хуже.

Cons:

Уборка номера была не супер тщательной, что удивительно для отеля такого уровня и стоимости, в один день ощущение, что только заменили расходники, мусорка в ванной комнате даже не была выброшена, полы не пылесосили/мыли. Если брать ужин по системе шведский стол из бесплатных напитков нашли только вино, даже нет воды, что крайне странно.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr ruhig. Besonders das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Die Lage ist ideal, alles ist gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
